Ordered and paid for an extra shot of espresso, watched the older lady prepare it and saw she did not add the extra shot. She didn't even look at the cup or see the extra shot until I asked her about it and she yelled at me and told me to have a great day. Just wanted what I paid for.

Honestly disgusted. I used the restroom first and one of the baristas was in there. She was on her phone as soon as she got out of the stall and didn’t wash her hands. We both headed to Starbucks and she didn’t wash her hands there either!!!! She put on her apron and started making drinks! I didn’t see a single person wash their hands while I was there. This is how things spread. Please refresh your employees on proper food safety. What I witnessed today was utterly disgusting.

The coffee here is usually good, but that's where the positives end. I've ordered several times from this store, and my order has never been accurate. The baristas are rude and generally don't seem to care, and the customer service is bad even when the store isn't busy. I've been incorrectly denied the opportunity to use Starbucks coupons/offers several times, with no apologies or friendliness after needing to point out in the app that I'm right. Go to a different Starbucks if you can, I won't be coming back to this one
