This is a nice Starbucks location. There is no drive-thru here... which is okay for those not in a rush.

I just move to Minnetonka and this is by the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in 4 different states and been to many different Starbucks and even in different countries but there’s this young woman there who makes it the best. My order is green tea frap, with two extra scoops of matcha and with coconut milk. Grateful I live nearby and have found this barista. Also this location is very clean and modern.

This is my favorite Starbucks location period. It's always very clean and the baristas are incredibly nice! Hands down the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. I'm particularly fond of Madison, Kat and Ava as they always create a welcoming environment and seem to take an immense amount of pride in their work. If you're looking for a nice place to get a cup of Joe and possibly get some work done while you're at it; look no further cause this is place for you.

I ordered drinks for my family thru the app but the gift card doesn’t allow me to use it when it comes to payment so we went inside to get our drinks.The cashier guy name Joseph is super rude and kept arguing my orders I literally showed him my orders thru the app what I want but he’s not listening. he then continues to roll his eyes and shake his head. He never smiled looks like i’m not the first person to have a problem with Joseph! look at the review before mine!The drinks were good and the other employees were nice and doing a great job. would be a nice place without Joseph.

The guy who waited on me didn't smile, didn't say good morning, didn't say thank you. The coffee and sandwiches were delicious, however the bathroom was dirty at 7:30 in the morning! Very unusual for Starbucks. I won't go back to this one again!

Staff was friendly and fast. But all 6 customers in the store at the time were not wearing masks and no employee spoke to them about mask wearing. One employee was wearing a mask only covering their mouth, nose exposed.

Greetes on entrance, the floors were clean, the servers very friendly, and my Cinnamon dolce was the bomb! Best part is when staff are friendly.....like they enjoy their job. Service sector jobs are difficult, putting up with crabby and disrespectful customers. In order stay above all that these people are extraordinary in every way! Oh, this was my first time at the store ? So no, I don't know the manager or the staff who served me.
