I just move to Minnetonka and this is by the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in 4 different states and been to many different Starbucks and even in different countries but there’s this young woman there who makes it the best. My order is green tea frap, with two extra scoops of matcha and with coconut milk. Grateful I live nearby and have found this barista. Also this location is very clean and modern.
This is my favorite Starbucks location period. It's always very clean and the baristas are incredibly nice! Hands down the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. I'm particularly fond of Madison, Kat and Ava as they always create a welcoming environment and seem to take an immense amount of pride in their work. Staff was friendly and fast. But all 6 customers in the store at the time were not wearing masks and no employee spoke to them about mask wearing. One employee was wearing a mask only covering their mouth, nose exposed.
