Subway in Minnetonka

“It was a quarter to 9pm when we got there. 3 of us. The guy seemed like he was done with everything, I get it I would be too at the end of my shift and 3 come in for a footlong... But other than that shit was cool.. the sandwich seemed smaller then I remembered subways used to be, kinda saddened“

“Had an issue with a mobile order not being made correctly the other day, so I go back into the store this morning and the manager could not have been nicer, saying sorry for the mistake, and he made a new sandwich for me. Subway, this manager working at your Minnetonka location deserves a raise! I’m not one to generally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with this interaction and the way it was handled. I wish I would have gotten his name.“

“Came in today, 7/29 and an old lady was being rude to the workers. They maintained composure and respect, even though she was continuing to be difficult. I commend them for their service and excellent crafting of my sandwich! It’s one of my favorite subways!“

“This was the most memorable subway outing I have ever had. My partner and I went for a quick dinner before grabbing our Target order across the street. I was wearing my mom’s Harley Davidson sweatshirt which sparked a conversation with who I believe is the owner of the store. My mom passed away a few years ago and he listened to me tell her whole journey . As he was making our sandwiches we found out the gal standing behind the counter with him was his wife. We talked about the Happy Gilmore movie obviously and found his passion for dancing. After being there for what felt like 40 minutes, we took our food and went to our car. It was such a good interaction for them being complete strangers. Reading these poor, horrible, reviews do not justify how good these two people are and the difference they made it our monotonous evening. P.S thanks for the cups 😊“
