We came to this store 15 minutes before closing time and they were very friendly and clean. Everyone washed their hands before making the sandwiches. They listen and did the orders very nicely, one of the people there lowered the prices which was nice in this economy. Very great store, will come again!

I had the pleasure of being served by Ray at the this subway location. I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with the service. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Ray took the time to prepare my sandwich, ensuring it was just the way I wanted it, with a smile the entire time. Not only did I get a delicious meal, but I also felt valued as a customer! It’s clear that Ray takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

A great place to get a sub. They also have lower prices at this - and the Dell Road location - than any other subways around.. The owner informed me this is due to suppliers.. Ray is great to talk with and makes a great sub.

If theirs not a bogo fl deal or 6.99 foot long deal never go here in case you didn’t already know. Would be alright if the prices weren’t jacked to the hammer. If no deals out however avoid at all costs. Terrible food for the price, and shirt portions anyway.

The older lady that works there is beyond rude. I have been to this location twice and both times this lady has been argumentative, defensive and just plain rude. They are incredibly slow, told me I couldn't order certain sandwiches because they aren't "on the menu" in store but they are online. I tried to use my points and was told I couldn't. This time she told me I was making her nervous because I was standing in line waiting to order. I stood in line for 25 minutes..... She needs a class in customer service.
Glad this isn't my normal Subway.

Do not go to this subway. Service is incredibly slow and orders are never correct. The workers also constantly argue with you.

The old lady that works here or manages it or whatever she is, is EXTREMELY RUDE. Your establishment is in a strip mall. You do not own the parking lot. People can choose to park wherever they would like. The parking spots in front of your store are not limited to subway only. There are several businesses within that building and if I have business at any one of them, I can park where I want. Stick to making sandwiches and don’t be a wanna be parking lot enforcement officer. Based on other reviews, it seems you all have amazing customer service. Good luck!

Very disappointing every time I have visited this location. Last time was the worst. The owner was making sandwiches and took forever, always does.

My daughter needed to use the restroom but there was a sign on the door "OUT". I asked him if it was out of order and he said no, just need to keep the rif raf out. He said his wife was in there and didn't know how long she would be. After about 15 minutes his wife finally came out. My daughter quickly ran in because needed to go! The wife came back out from the kitchen area and asked me "is she going to be a while?" In disbalief I looked and her and said "how ever long she takes is how long she will be". The wife responded with "we have an event to go to and I need to get back in there to change so how long will she be?" I could not believe what I was hearing after she had already occupied the bathroom for 15 minutes.

This place DOES NOT understand customer service. It is worth the time to drive to the next closest location. You will ultimately save time and your sanity.

I fear you are misunderstanding my frustration as a customer. I have no problem with any establishment limiting their facilities to customers only. The problem lies in the fact that your wife was in the for 15 minutes and once my daughter was finally able to get in your wife was expecting me to rush her out. This is the core of my issues each time I have visited your particular store. It feels as though it is an inconvenience for you in me simply being there. I am a paying customer and at no point have I felt welcomed in YOUR restaurant.

Case in point is your patronizing response. I will not be returning to this Subway unless ownership/management changes.

I went there today, there was an older lady working (I think the owners wife) and she was very unprofessional. She gave me minimal toppings on my sandwich when I asked for more. And it seemed like an issue I wanted my sandwich the way I wanted it, she was rude for no reason. And I will not be going back. No one wants to give their money to a place where people don’t show them respect. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for many years, and I’ve never seen anyone act the way she did.

Ii have visited this Subway location on many occasions and have found the food, the serving staff and atmosphere to always be excellent . The family owned business is often, if not always , staffed by either the husband and or wife owners who provide excellent customer service. As an example, i was just in the shop the other day and had trouble getting the Subway App to allow the advertised discount. The owner looked at my phone and saw there was an issue, and cheerfully applied the discount to my order without having to go through the app. This is customer service! I recommend the Westwind Plaza Subway location near hwy 7 and CR 101 without reservation.

My daughter and I came in later on a Sunday. It was just the owner (Ray). Very sweet man, I can hardly understand some of the reviews.

He took his time with us and had great conversation while making our sandwiches. A little forgetful but not a big deal at all.

A++ service and A+ for the sandwhich. Very generous with portions.

Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a dairy allergy and they accommodated us well.
