I was going to write a lengthy review about how gastly and weird my experience is Everytime I go to this location but it appears it is not an exclusive event. So I will just say perhaps it’s time to throw in the towel if you refuse to be equipped with ingredients at 6pm on a Friday, and to be the most miserable, rude, and slow (OWNERS at that). It’s just sad and a unpleasant experience for everyone involved, bright side Potbelly is across the parking lot :)

this is the worst subway ever she took over half an hour to make our food only to slap it together the other time mustache boy yelled at us and almost refused to make our food because my buddy wanted bacon but didn’t say it right

They stole money from us. The owners wife took a good 15 minutes to make two sandwiches and was talking our ears off the entire time. She very clearly did not know how to work the cash register and made us pay twice. Our total was 30.56 and we used our 25 dollar gift card we had recently received. After swiping the total displayed on the screen was 5.56 which is suspiciously 25 dollars less exactly. We then tried to explain that we saw the number change on the screen and the gift card went through, but she accused us of trying to steal. I will NEVER go back to this location. We called the owner and he only further accused us and said it’s our fault. The bread looks not fresh, the lettuce is old, the chips are expired. Oh and she charged us for large pops and gave us regular. Avoid this location, seriously.

Not open on time. Showed up at 930, still closed. I have to have 85 characters for the review, I went to get bagels instead.
Owner and wife were extremely rude to all customers that were just trying to order, we didn’t mind waiting. They acted like we were the issue when all we did was order. I felt uncomfortable being in the store almost wanted to cancel my order but he would have been more mad after he already starting making it. Will not visit this location again. Owner was yelling at his wife the whole time.

Not great. Tried to use a coupon for an Ultimate BMT meal- 8.99. On the dash it says coupons are only valid for cold cuts which is what I ordered. Refused to accept coupon. Would recommend going to another location. Never had this issue at other locations.

Came here to eat, but got kicked out at 6pm half way through our meal because mustache dude had to "do something." We won't be back. Management, don't bother with a response, this review isn't for you since you clearly hate customers and employees who are interested in getting paid more than the bare minimum. This review is for people thinking of going here to eat.Also, chips are expired, fyi. Check the days if you do end up going here.

We do not recommend this Subway. We did a takeout footlong last night and found a black beetle baked into the bottom of the bread. Thankfully, we saw it before my daughter took a bite. We drove back to the restaurant to inform the staff, and there was a sign on the door saying "Back at 8pm". We sat and waited until 8:20pm, and they never returned. We drove back tonight at 6:30pm tonight to share the pictures and there was a closed sign on the door. There has been inconsistency in their staffs hours between 9am and 9pm even though these are their stated hours on their website. In the past we found the staff to be exceptionally slow and rude.
