I ordered a 6 inch sandwich from here. I got my sandwich and there’s all of the bread missing from the inside of what should be a 6 inch in other words, My sandwich was being held together by two skinny pieces of burnt bread.

Go there often the food is fine, one time I asked for it not toasted and he toasted it anyway which was fine I didn’t mind but I went there recently and went up to the front with no line and the lady working was speaking with a guy in the back. It seemed like she was hiding behind a wall thinking I couldn’t see her but I could see her almost clearly chatting it up with her coworker while I was standing there customer service is okay could be better

y’all’s employees are rude as hell, I asked for a footlong Italian herb and cheese and she started putting this roast beef or something in it, I spoke up and tried to POLITELY correct her and she kept insisting that I had said “Philly cheese” in the rudest way possible and it irritated me so badly that I just told her I was good on the sandwich and left.

Super hungry this morning and I went in, put in my order, it was ready and about time to pay to leave with my order they say their machine is not accepting card only cash. Like, so what am I supposed to do, my order is already made and you’re telling me I can’t have my food because your machine spoil and I have to use cash, and they didn’t even try to listen, they said what they said and went on to the next customer who had cash. Im not buying for there again. Worse customer service

Had an issue with a mobile order not being made correctly the other day, so I go back into the store this morning and the manager could not have been nicer, saying sorry for the mistake, and he made a new sandwich for me. Subway, this manager working at your Minnetonka location deserves a raise! I’m not one to generally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with this interaction and the way it was handled. I wish I would have gotten his name.

My weekly Tuesday lunch spot. I always eat the footlong roast beef toasted with pepper jack, tomato, spinach, cucumber, pickles, olive, onion and pesto. This store is among the best

This is a nice alternative to the Mall of America. Appears to have been remodeled recently and everything is well kept up. There is a decent selection of stores and restaurants as either inside or nearby. Good place to walk and find a little something.
