I had the lemon chicken picatta. It was definitely filling. The chicken was cooked perfect and the cream sauce was fabulous. Definitely a top 5 dish if you like chicken and pasta.

Waited 15 minutes at a table. No one came to take our order or asked did we wanted anything to drink. We told the hostess and she had an attitude because we said why we were leaving. Never going back worst service

First time here and it didn't disappoint. Great service and atmosphere. Foods were delicious especially the hot chocolate and cheesecake.. the best combo dessert I've ever eaten!

I sat and watched a manager. Come over and make customers move from where they were seated at. Because a bigger party was coming in.

Food was OK but I was brought a dish I didn’t order. Said it would take too long for my burger. Ate the dish. Was not offered discount. I was even brought a drink I didn’t ask for. Obviously they charged me for it.

Went for my granddaughters 22nd birthday we were seated right away and our server was prompt in greeting us asking us what we would like to drink after bringing us our drinks he gave us time to check out the menu which is huge granddaughter ordered an Alfredo dish wife ordered the chicken bowl I had a chicken parmesan pizza style we also had calamari as a appetizer everything was so so good we all sampled each other's plates it was all AMAZING. Our server was a definite highlight to our meal very attentive and knowledgeable he wrapped up our leftovers and cheesecake for us to take home Fantastic experience

We had a mixed experience during our visit to the Cheesecake Factory at Ridgedale. The crab cheese wontons were the star of the appetizers, easily a 11/10. However, the Thai shrimp and Korean fried chicken left something to be desired, both rating around 5/10. The Cajun jambalaya pasta was similarly underwhelming (5/10), but the Cajun salmon was fantastic, earning a solid 10/10.

For dessert, the Oreo cheesecake and tiramisu cheesecake were absolute perfection, both getting 11/10. The service was great, and parking was fairly convenient, rounding off a solid visit.

Our dinner at the Cheesecake Factory was wonderful! We always have a great time there. The service is friendly and professional and very attentive. The menu is huge and there are tons of delicious options, as well as drinks and desserts (of course). You'll want to make a reservation as this place fills up.

Went for a birthday in the family. 5 of us in the group. We had a reservation for 7:30p, we were not seated until 8p. We were told another large group waited 45 minutes after getting their name on the list. What's the point of a reservation if the restaurant isn't going to keep it? Front desk staff was more friendly about the delay than the lady we spoke with, she did not identify her position in any way, but we assume she was some type of management. She did not seem to care about fixing this issue of wait time regardless of having a reservation. At no point did she seem apologetic, and did not verbalize anything to diffuse the situation.
Our waiter was great! Top notch service once we finally had a table.
Food was all cooked to perfection and taste amazing.
It was a little dark, and the music was a little loud. But overall the environment was still inviting in that perfect cheesecake factory way.
Overall, the only thing that really dampened the experience was the wait time on a reservation, and the manager(?) interaction.
