Had a really nice service/bartender his name was Owen thought he was a little young but he was able to remember the movie where Danny DeVito played character named Owen from Throw Momma from the Train he is really polite and so was the young lady that did the cleanup afterwards and the young lady that told me about the food and big shots out to Michael from Nike Wellness Outlet in the Ridgedale mall he's the one that directed me to Tavern Grill. Very negative experience here. Food was not hot. Service was amateur. When speaking to the manager I felt very unheard and disrespected. I would avoid this specific chain at all
Ordered through Doordash, it was still nice and hot when we received it and it was made perfectly! If we are ever traveling through here again...if order exactly the same order as today!!! It was perfect! ?

Eaten here on a few occasions, food is hit or miss. Group of five last week and every dish was cooked beyond well-done. Inedible and very disappointing for all of us. The servers lack personality, too stoic and cold. Feels like the customer is just a cog in the machine. The location and atmosphere is okay, not anything memorable. Just another bar and grill with servers and cooks inattentive to their work.

We went there with our two young children. Ordered the Mac & cheese for my 20month old. The Mac &cheese looked like it was sitting out for a long time because with pastas it usually changes color if it’s been sitting out for a while. There was absolutely no sauce in the mac&cheese…very dry.I ordered the cilantro lime chicken and found a piece of hair in one of the chicken skewers and that was disgusting because I had already eaten half of the food.The server barely paid anything to us. Won’t be coming back to this location at all.

Food average. Ordered a Martini. It was very weak. Waiter got order wrong. He gave the three of us a side order of onion rings. We ordered the full order. Didn't realize it until we asked him if the Tavern changed the sizes of onion ring orders. Too late to send back. No compensation for screwed up order.

Chicken wrap sandwich was all soggy salad, barely any chicken, and a very thin slice of avocado I paid extra for. I ordered a "house made" ginger ale, which was nothing more than colored water, no carbonation, and no flavor. Very disappointed and I would never waste time or money eating there in the future. Prices are high, if food was good you wouldn't mind, but if you aren't happy with meal you feel you've paid too much.

The Cubano sandwich meat was delicious, but half of the bread was dried out. BBQ sauce was a weird flavor. Was $27 for the sandwich and a pop. Kinda spendy.
