I wish there was a half star. I just had the worst, very basic Fettuccine Alfredo and Meat Lasagna. Im floored this place is in business. Tastes like its right out of the can. VERY SAD

When I walked in the store, the line to was up to 3 or 4 people ahead of me, which is not something I usually worry about when I'm ordering food anywhere else. The problem I had was that staff didn't even acknowledge anybody was there. When the person at the front of the line was finally able to put their order in, 2 slices of pizza, the person behind the counter offered to warm the pizza up in the oven (yes) and went back to prep more food in the back. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. I left after 7 or 8 minutes of zero movement in the line. I don't take leaving 1 star reviews lightly, but this little section Lunds & Byerlys earned it.

Mediocre pizza by the slice. It'll satiate your hunger if you don't otherwise have the opportunity to eat before you shop, but that's about all Gucci Pronto has got going for it. I don't know if the standalone restaurant has better food than this in-store kiosk, but after eating here I'm not motivated to give it a try.

Pizza is a good bang for the buck.

I use to work here. I truly miss everyone and especially miss the food. I may just make a trip there from Omaha, NE. just to eat some of your good ole food.

I feel like the pizza here is pretty underrated. Getting an 18" pizza is a hard thing to find and at 16.99 its a better deal than most places large pizzas. I love those big foldable slices. Haven't tried the deep dish as I'm in love with the 18" pies.

Nice large meatballs served hot. Very reasonably priced.

One of the best pizza's I've ever had. A slice is $4.50 and it's huge, easily the size of two or three regular pieces (make sure the pizza's they have out for ala cart slices are hot though, not as good once the cheese cools off). Fired in a brick/stone oven, pepperoni edges get perfectly crispy and have great flavor. Crust is just right, chewy and not greasy. Get a whole giant pie for about $16. For the month of October you can get a one topping for $10.99, awesome deal. One pizza could stuff four or more people.

Idk about others experience but I'm from back east. I frequented many Italian family pizzarias. I really like Tuccis very filling and good and very similar to what I knew. Except maybe I remember spending only 25 cents a slice.

Used to have great food and service. For the past couple months, service has been lackluster and the food sits out so long it looks plastic. A huge disappointment after a wonderful start.

Used to have great food and service. Lately, the service has been terrible. Uncooperative, uninterested in what they do, lackadaisical. The food sits out so long it looks like plastic replicas. Ugh!

Love the pizza here but I just went in to get a fresh slice at 5:15pm dinner time and all the pizza looked like it had been sitting all day. The guy working there said he was the only one working and had nothing fresh. He wasn't even starting to make a new pizza. Very disappointing to say the least.
