I feel bad for the staff, often times they are working short staffed. They are always friendly and the fries are always nice and hot! The employees make this BK awesome!

sat at the speaker for a solid 15 minutes with 1 car at the window and a truck waiting behind me the young lad was very slow to get our drinks and very disrespectful did not enjoy this visit

Their impossible burger is DELICIOUS and the staff was extremely friendly!
service is still slow. we made a pretty simple order but there were items missing and items made wrong. the fries and chicken sandwich tasted like they fried it in old oil. when it was brought to their attention it was met with a "yeah I know but nothing I can do."

Went to the drive thru and it was busy which was fine. Get to the ordering spot and they had a sign that they were out of the large burger patties, still ok since we wanted chicken. They worker comes on and says "one moment please". We sat there for awhile and then decided to just leave and go to McDonald's instead.
