“Mobile ordered caramel macchiato. When I got to the location I was informed that the macchiato machine was down. Was offered a full refund or something else to replace my macchiato. Was given the best most jazzed up caramel frappe I've ever tasted. Wonderful service and employees. They didn't have to go so hard on my replacement frappe but they did. 10/5 stars if I could.“
