We placed an order to go from Duffy’s today, 3/17/24. My significant other ordered a medium rare burger and he took one bite out of his burger and the rest started falling apart. This is honestly very sad to see because usually food and service is amazing.

In town for the day and looking for a decent, non fast food place to eat. Saw Duffy's had good reviews. They had a bigger selection of food than I expected. My favorite burgers, Mushroom Swiss, happened to be on the menu, one that is found less and less on restaurants as more "creative" burgers have been created over the years. It is rare that I can find a place that makes it at all AND makes it tasty. This was DELICIOUS. I was so happy the cheese was gooey and the mushrooms were juicy and flavorful, the burger was not dry even though I ordered medium well. The tots on the side were crispy and not greasy. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and really enjoyed his food as well. The only reason I gave four stars is the cleaning solution smell was overwhelming, if I could give 4.5 I would. Otherwise the staff was helpful and friendly, it was clean, and the food was great!

The food here has always been good. They are known for their hot wings. The 2-stars is for the service. I enter and line up to be seated (with lots of tables open) and am told it will be a 20 minute wait because the kitchen is behind. Instead of seating me and allowing me to get a beer and relax, they make me stand in the entry way. I have been coming here for a long time and this is a new take on service.
