I put in our order at the kiosk and went to wait for our order. 15 minutes later still no food. It shouldn't take that long to put together 2 happy meals. I went up to ask for it and my order number wasn't even up there. I'm wondering who got my order. Then when they brought it, my drink was missing. I ended up asking for water, because the machine wasn't working. No refund on my drink I paid for though.

So, I dont eat at McDonald's a whole lot, im not a fan of fast-food places but, this particular McDonald's in Montevideo, MN (Restaurant # 13984),has the BEST EMPLOYEES, The Best Service, the Cleanest McDonald's that I've ever been to!!!! I do not remember the young man's name that waited on me but, my recept has a KS#2 on it. This young man came right up to tge counter & greeted me with a big smile & very courteous!!! This is why I come back to this McDonald's when I come through Montevideo, MN.

Walking into the building the sidewalk was filthy,greasy shoe residue and garbage bag trails. The bathroom was dirty with urine below and around the urinal. No one greeted us as we came in or after our electronic order was completed and no receipt was printed. When we got the meal I mentioned the receipt but was told the paper was out but no offer to print one.
Just ordered $30 of food for my family and they did not give us a burger, pop and a chicken wrap that I payed for. This happens every other time we go here and I’m so sick of having to check if they gave us all the food we payed for! Ridiculous ..

So you'd think that when ordering the one item off the menu that comes with a specific bag(spicy Mc crispy) ordered plain they ask if you'd just want a normal Mc crispy or if you'd like to keep the hot sauce
