I have quit going to Montevideo McDonald’s because of the service management needs to fire every manager there or they will be out of buisness soon. The last two times I have been there it has taken 45 min and 25 min to get my disgusting cold food. The last time I was in the drive through the staff had a melt down and instead of letting people know they just quit taking orders and left 15 cars sit in the drive through both time management and certain individuals have been standing around visiting while others are doing multiple tasks and apologizing stating they are under staffed when in reality management needs to be trained to train the staff they are setting horrible examples to the staff and doing the owners no favors so very sad

Part of the McDonald's original model was their Speedee Service System, a modern improvement on fast food in the 1940s. Unfortunately, this McDonald's missed the mark on "Speedee". We originally did a mobile order for the drive thru, which was about 15 cars deep. So, we switched it to curbside. We waited 15 to 20 minutes to get out food. During that time, just 4 or 5 cars made it out of the drive thru. They are obviously understaffed.Nonetheless, the food was hot and our order was accurate.Kid-friendliness: Happy Meals, not super healthy, but keeps kids happyWheelchair accessibility: Appeared to be ADA accessible

This location was the absolute worse experience I've had at a Macdonald, waited in the lobby for 25 minutes, got sick of waited so asked someone if they could help us and was told they would get to me when they got to me, very rude and unprofessional people, if your short staffed say that don't make someone wait 30 minutes. The staff there was a total joke. Never again. ​
