This is not Mexican restaurant, I should know as I'm Mexican. Ordered pollo loco and chicken was dry, like it had been cooked for days and the chile relleno should not be breaded and waterie. Not going back.

We thought the food was wonderful. The service makes this place look horrible. I'm not sure WHY but our waitor never came back and we were served by 2 young ladies who were very rude and unfriendly. One girl almost knocked my boyfriends water in his lap. They can't speak english clearly enough to understand. When I looked them in the eye and smiled they looked down at the floor, at each other and laughed. I will never go in there again. It was probably the most rude thing ever. As we were leaving the guy who was our waitor said goodbye and thank you for coming and was so super friendly but these 2 young girls totally wrecked our first experience here. Otherwise, the food was good but wouldn't return because of customer service.

The Appleton location closed at 5 pm on Saturday Dec 16th.They didn't put signs in the doors or anything. They were still in the building and had several vehicles full of people wanting to go in and eat. Bad business practice. We took our business to Shooters, so did several of the other vehicles.

I recently hosted a family and friends dinner for a party of 25. We reserved the back room so we had our own space. Everything was ready when we arrived. Good food and drinks and the staff was great! I highly recommend La plazita #3!
