Good food. Quick service. Fair prices. We had coffee on the table within a minute of being seated. Then they brought us a whole pot of coffee so we didn't need to wait for our server to get coffee refills. Love that a lot because this place is busy. I ordered the Minnesota River Skillet. It was very good. The hash browns were good and crispy. I took one star away because the gravy (served on the side) wasn't very flavorful. My husband had the skillet with French Toast. He liked it. He said he appreciated that the portions weren't overwhelming. He really liked the hash browns with cheese and onion. We would definitely come here again.

I don't go out very often yet, when I do I feel that it is important to get very good service. The Rivers is an excellant place to dine in. The service was very good, the waite staff were very nice and respectable and the food was absolutely divine. thank you for such good service. I would recommend this estavblishmet to anyone who is looking for a nice place to dine in doors.

We thought it was just fine! The French Toast and Scrambler options were good, as was the coffee. The service was great, as our waiter was very attentive and stayed with our needs without fail. The restaurant itself was very clean and neat!
I've been going to country kitchen/the rivers since I was a kid growing up in this town and I've never had service like we had tonight. The service was fantastic. Edan and Kristen, both are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. I strongly recommend. It's my 9 year old daughter's favorite place to eat.
