I pass through this location periodically on my way to work and home, I must say I'm impressed every time. Food I'd great, veggies are fresh, bread is soft, and the teenagers are always so friendly!

When i came today when i ordered my meal to get a medium pizza and breads ticks and I was with my worker she thought she was done with us but my worker didn't order yet that she thought my food was hers too. Also she was mad at my worker every time we go that she didn't want to make bread sticks for her

Came through Montgomery like we do most days after baseball is over stopped in to grab some food. People working were ok. Nothing special. Got home and thw steak sandwich I had had 2 giant pieces of hair. Gross. We will no longer be eating here. I called and they gave me a refund. Not enough to make me come back. I am so disgusted.

Last 2 times the screen wouldn't work through drive thru. Young gal claims to have worked there the longest would not take my order of 2 footlongs from the window and said, not asked to come into the store to order. Time before that another gal took my same 2 footlong orders. The inconsistency and being told I had to come in to order, defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Shut it down or fix the screen to work in cold weather months! Very disappointed in today's workforce in customer service... They rely on automation and don't have a clue how to figure mathematical numbers in their heads!

Went there this afternoon a little before 4:30, their was three young ladies working. Two of them were great, however the third one was not having a good day and she wanted to share it with the world, with service like hers, that subway won’t make it much longer. The two girls that were awesome was a gal that had long black straight hair and the other one my guess was a newer girl “blonde”. The third angry girl had a scowl and looked at us customers with contempt, Beware managers the cancer will kill your business

Very disappointed in my online order last night. Ordered a kids turkey sandwich with cucumber and did not get any cucumbers. Also ordered a BMT that I asked for regular mustard and got honey mustard and my husband does not like honey mustard so he did not eat his sandwich. Then I personally ordered a chicken bacon ranch with the fresh cut avocado not the smashed avocado so my sandwich was not edible as well due to brown smashed avocados all over. Husband said they were running around when he got there and there was only 1 person in the store so no reason my order should have been messed up. Literally 50$ wasted! I used to work at a subway and this is very disappointing!
