There is a giant ice chunk in the drive thru that makes your car steer into the building and almost crash. I told them about it and they said they removed it once and it came back the next day. That seemed good enough for them. Fries were old too.

Staff was fine but I went because I wanted a beef n cheddar since I haven’t had one in awhile and they’ve always been my favorite. Did the 2 for 6.99 and I took 2 bites of the first one and couldn’t even finish it. Figured I’d give the second one a chance and it was worse than the first. Bun was nasty and almost crunchy? Idk maybe stale. It was a beef n cheddar but they used the smallest amount of cheese and sauce physically possible. Definitely will not be coming to this location again, if I even decide to ever go to another one again. No bueno

10pm on a Friday night with two more hours left till close and completely out of roast beef for the night? Stopped in parking lot to check what else was around and watched over half a dozen vehicles pull up to order then leave as I did. Definitely poor planning or management

Food was good and didn't taste like it was premade and sitting out, fries were hot. It's rare that something is wrong or missing but the last time I was missing something, they remedied it immediately and handed me a card for a free meal and apologized. Everyone there seems to have a good attitude.

I ordered a triple roast beef sandwich and was told to go around back for my order when I was groped by a Hispanic employee named Richard. Not the worst experience I’ve had at a Arby’s.

Ordered crinkle fries. When I got home I got a mixture of curly fries and crinkle fries and the box is only half full

They have the meats. For sandwiches. Duh. Booths are run down. Service was so so. Not the cleanest place to eat either.
We Went through the drive thru and specifically asked for the 2 for $6 on the crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo. We Asked about the size of the lemonade they told me regular was a 16oz lemonade and large was a 21oz. When we got to the window it looked like a 12oz lemonade (Size of can of pop). We then stated that we didn’t want the Lemonade and they said they ran the card and can’t take it back. At the window we questioned the size and they told us that must have been the last years sizing of the drinks, however they told me this information twenty seconds before I questioned the sizing. They told us to pull forward so we couldn’t see what they were doing and once we got the food there was mayo on both sandwiches, one had mayo on both sides of the bun. There were stickers on the wrappers that said no mayo. This was intentional especially with having mayo on both sides of the chicken which normally is not the case for a regular sandwich with Mayo. We were very polite about the situation however after driving to the end of the parking lot and finding out the mayo situation we didn’t want to go back again and are coming here to review.
