“Great burritos and tacos, and super options for all the fixings. We had steak, barbacoa and carnitas and all were great.the tortillas were a bit thinner and chewier than most places, but we liked them. Burritos were HUGE. Well worth the money.”

The Hillbilly Skillet is a Classic of a skillet-meal with two eggs, ham, sausage, and bacon; plus the bonus flavors of onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and Monterey-Jack Cheese; and with the side of toast included, it was a good & flavorful complete meal! The Biscuits-N-Gravy dish is a Specialty for a reason! I added some bacon on the side as well, and the bacon was smokey, and cooked with the right amount of crispiness for my liking! Cinnamon Rolls! As your breakfast or brunch taste-buds may want to conclude your meal with a bit of sweetness, be sure and try the Cinnamon Roll! The right amount of cinnamon spice, combined with a perfectly baked and still gooey dough; plus the icing that hits the sweet spot of the tongue right, and has a hint of vanilla to finish the delicious icing flavor - this is exactly what you get from this warm & tasty scrumptious roll! “I was greeted when I walked in, the staff behind the counter was very nice and friendly, she even thanked us for coming in when we got up to leave. I had never been here before and everything was explained very well, the staff even gave their recommendation, on how to start.
The food is decently priced and you get plenty of food. It does taste as great as it looks! I highly recommend eating here.”

“This is hands down THE BEST place to eat! I have a special needs ( Autistic, ADHD, vision impaired) grandchild and she requests this Culvers daily. We have tried others ( The St Cloud location made us leave because of her excited squeals) but the way the entire staff treats her and the rest of us when we walk through that door in Monticello is OUTSTANDING!! They can see if she's having a tough day and they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I have NEVER taken her anywhere else in Monticello that has accepted her the way Culvers staff has. They are always polite, fast and very welcoming. I don't know all of their names but Anthony and Chad are two of her favorite people. The manager is wonderful! When my bill fold got left behind she worked hard to reach out and get it back to me, she went above and beyond and I can't tell you how very much that ment to me. We don't feel like customers, we feel like family. The staff never seems crabby or like you are a burden, they really seem to enjoy their job. That speaks volumes about management. We cannot say enough good things about the staff 😃 Thank you Monticello Culvers for accepting my Granddaughter for who she is ❤️”

Also amazing karaoke, Kevs the best karaoke DJ I've found in years! The food selection is a limited so if you're looking for dinner, go to beef obradys down the block first. The owners are awesome too. If you're looking for one of the best times you'll have in a long time go here on a Friday night. My only complaint might be that it's a bit small,,, but in a way, it's a good thing as it adds to the intimacy that you'd expect out of a speakeasy.. ♥ this place!”

They actually prepare a lot of their food and it takes some talent, not like burger king or the other one. I have been going there for ever since they opened in my town and I still love to go there.”
