Excellent food and service every time we go here!!
We have always enjoyed our food from Rancho Grande. Tonight we had our first issue. We went in to order food to go, when we made it home (25 minutes away), we realized our fajitas were missing, we only had the sides. I called them and the man answering the phone was super apologetic. We went back, they made it right and then some. The guy joked, “hope no one got too hangry!” Haha! The fajitas were delicious! I do not recommend. Bad service and unfriendly staff. Hours listed weren’t accurate. We were finishing our meal around 8:50pm and staff started cleaning with strong chemicals around us. Hours listed were 9:30pm but they were telling us they’re closed at 9:04pm. We hadn’t even gotten the bill and they were trying to push us out the door. Very rude.
