Bluestone is what my parents ask for if we're getting takeout when they're visiting. We like it better than Chipotle. Everything's fresh. We've occasionally had a small mistake in an order, but it's rare. The cilantro lime chips are a favorite in our house, and they kids love the quesadillas.

This place is better than any "fast food" restaurant you have ever visited. The staff is friendly, the cost is fair, and the food is excellent. Compare this place to any Chipotle or other Mexican grill for variety of meat options, cost, and value. Last time I was there, I got a burrito bowl carryout and when I got home, I put it on the scale - it weighed almost two pounds! Try Bluestone Grill today!

Really a 4.5. The amount of food you get here is astounding for the price. It is a fast food joint, so the atmosphere is bare bones, but the food would never make you guess that.
You make your meal down a line and assemble it through your choice of burrito stuffings. There were plenty of vegetarian friendly options. Out of everything we tried, I wasn't a fan of the queso for eating with chips (all together that was a bit too salty), but the queso did work in the burrito.
Vegetarian options: Bean protein base offered in place of meat. It's listed on the menu as well, so you do not get a charge for substitutions.
Parking: It's a business plaza, the parking is shared between multiple businesses. There are many spaces, but availability will be affected by neighboring businesses.
I'm gluten and dairy free and a foodie. I always order a bowl with chicken. Compared to Chipotle I love that they use a different rice and lettuce. They seem to use less seasoning than Chipotle which works well because they did an amazing job curating higher quality ingredients that make the food taste lighter and fresher than Chipotle. I love Chipotle but frankly Bluestone just hits. I really hope Bluestone franchises.
