Was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive through, no one answered me, waiting almost 5 minutes before someone got to the microphone, then I ordered and payed, didn’t get my food for over 30 minutes!!! Then I Got the WRONG FOOD, I then had to go inside and wait another 20 minutes so I ended up leaving, DO NOT GO

Me and my daughter went in there for dinner they didn't seem that busy we were the only one that was dining in we ordered our meals and this is where it started! I asked for extra mayo on both my sandwiches which didn't happen! I decided to go up to order one more hamburger. Which was a Double Whopper with cheese and it was a simple order with just ketchup and pickles on it that's it! It took a couple of minutes for them to make it got it to the table open it it had everything in it which okay understandable is mistake so they were going to make us another one this time it had the ketchup it had the pickles but it had no cheese on it so I brought it up there to let them know that they got it wrong so instead of making us a new burger the manager just decided to give us a couple pieces of cheese to put on it so it wasn't nothing at all or anything and not to mention the we're messing up the drive-thru orders so my recommendation is never go to this Burger King anymore I think with this experience with me I don't think I'll ever go to another Burger King again!!!

Seriously the most worthless restaurant in monticello. Corporate should cut their losses and close this one down since they can't seem to hire anyone with any common sense. Ordered 7 items. All 7 items were labeled correctly on receipt. NOT ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS CORECT!! Their was 5 items with small changes that weren't even attempted and on top of it all not one item was even warm. Food was delivered from door dash which went fine. After seeing food it was thrown away and we ordered pizza. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I dined in and ordered a plain hamburger for my daughter. The burger came with everything ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Not a big deal I took it up to the counter and told the guy I ordered it plain. He wrapped the burger up in the wrapper and put it back under the heat rack thing. Yes!! The burger is just handled with my hands. Then proceeded to give me another burger with everything on it again!!! I had to explain what plain was no ketchup no mustard and no pickles. Again wrapped that burger in the same wrapper and put it on the shelf again!! I finally got my burger plain but it was a complete S show. I will never eat there again.

Went to do DoorDash and I’m from out of town and the town I’m from we go around people if we can when picking up in the drive thru and the drive thru worker lady yelled at me and my friend. I’m sorry I don’t care who you are we were so nice and got yelled at for no reason. We didn’t know we couldn’t go around someone if they are still ordering especially if we aren’t placing an order just picking up an order. I will never come here to be a customer because they don’t know how to talk to someone. Customer service is a -100/10 would not recommend coming here if you want good customer service.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to... and that says something cause there are a lot of bad ones. Time between getting in line to getting food is at 20 minutes and counting... and there was only 1 person in front of us...

Edit: 25 minutes to get food and they almost forgot one of our items... just... bad

The last time we went there it was awful. The service was non existent and the workers were filthy and disgusting. The cook was wearing only a tank top and no kind of hairnet or beard net at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if if drugs are being sold through there. That’s why the Buffalo one was shut down. This one should be shut down too.

Customer service don't even care. I ordered through the app for drive through and they just handed me my food without my and walked away. I still need to ask them for ketchup but they never came back to the window. I waited more than 2 minutes and they don't even care to come check if I need anything or missing items. Poor customer service.

Never made it past the drive thru. It was lunch time, so we expected a wait. However, we were 15 minutes in line, car before us and behind us left. We get to window, gal comes on and says we will get to you when we can. We waited again , and finally left. I get that staffing is hard, but we have given numerous tries and just don't know if we will again. Really sad because we enjoy the burgers.

Can't begin to share how happy I am to bring my kids here and they can play. So hard to find places like this anymore. Plus the food is reasonably priced and you can serve your own drink like an adult. No more McDonalds for me now that there is a playplace and the app. Monticello we should support this place. It's clean, food is at a good price and taste good plus your kids can enjoy a little bit of being a kid like we had in the 90s. Thanks Monticello BK.
