Pulling in, the garbages in the parking lot were overflowing, littering the ground around them. Inside, took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to actually take our order (several other people walked by saying someone would be there in “one minute”). The lobby was a complete mess. Found the cleanest table to sit at and we still wiped it down. Garbage all over the floor, the condiment area was not stocked and had ketchup and soda residue all over. No ice in the fountain machine, told management about it but it was never filled. Had my daughter with me who wanted to play in the play area but with how dirty the lobby was there was no way I would let her in there. Makes you question the cleanliness of the food prep area if this is what they are showing their guests when they walk in. Will never visit this location again.

I went to grab my burger and the patty was smaller than the bun. I ordered a large fry and they weren’t even halfway full. Not to mention they tasted like cardboard packaging. A crumbl cookie would be bigger than the burger i got. The workers looked like they hated their job. The place was completely empty and I should’ve got the memo. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes and fries with no salt. When I got my food I opened the sandwich (that I touched with my bare hands) to find tomatoes. No big deal! I went up and showed it had tomatoes and my receipt showed I ordered no tomatoes. They said they would replace it (awesome!) but instead of throwing my sandwich out, they wrapped it back up and put it under their warmer which I’m assuming was used for another person. After seeing that, i didn’t even want to touch my food I purchased. I will never return to this location and I will for sure be letting people know about my experience and what I witnessed.
