Staff looks gross and unkept. One barista was wearing pants that giant holes from her knees to her ankles. Another one was wearing a sweatshirt that was dirty and covered in holes with her hair neither pulled up or in any kind of net. If I had walked in instead of placing an online order, I would have walked back out. What kind of drink quality can I expect from employees who look that dirty and unkept?

Grace was so wonderful in the drive through! The customer in front CLEARLY needed their coffee and started driving away without it! Grace was well graceful in helping the customer out while being friendly! And they separated the lemon loaf from the hot sandwich
I ordered an iced oatmilk shaken espresso and out of my visits lately to different Caribous, this one had a nice strong coffee taste with a less sweet aftertaste which is what I prefer when it comes to coffee.

We went through the drive-through, and there were three cars behind us. There was no staff member to answer the teller, and the three cars behind us left. I called this Caribou to see if they were open, and they answered the phone and said they were open until seven. We proceeded to pull up to the window because they were supposed to be open and nobody was answering us through the drive-through and the staff members. They continued to ignore us, although we called them on the phone to ensure that they were open. This just happened, so I am placing this review now.
