I always have a wonderful experience when I stop at a Caribou Coffee and this latest visit was just as wonderful! I ordered through the app and I had hardly any wait time to receive my order. The very friendly barista was waiting at the window with my coffee and sandwich which was delicious! I would recommend going to Caribou to anyone!

Happy that they were able to grind my dark decaf coffee at a French Press level. At another Caribou place in ND that wasn't an option. We enjoyed our coffees as well.
I ordered coffee at 120 degree temp and received normal hot and burned my mouth with first drink. How can I get what I order?

Staff looks gross and unkept. One barista was wearing pants that giant holes from her knees to her ankles. Another one was wearing a sweatshirt that was dirty and covered in holes with her hair neither pulled up or in any kind of net. If I had walked in instead of placing an online order, I would have walked back out. What kind of drink quality can I expect from employees who look that dirty and unkept?
