The Sauk Centre, MN Caribou staff are unlike any others I have ever met. They are genuinely positive, happy you’ve come to Caribou and aren’t too busy to ask about a customer’s day. Sauk Centre has model staff who have become friends!
I order through the app for pickup at the Monticello location quite often as it is on my drive to work. They always have my order ready. I've also found this location makes my drink tastes the best. I have ordered the same thing at other locations and it's never as good. The employees are super friendly as well.
The staff was great, but the credit card reader in the drive through rebooted as the handed it to me and it took like 5-10 minutes sitting in the drive through window awkwardly while they tried to figure it out.
