Drive through is slow and they tend to mess up orders from time to time. Not a good Culver’s location. Food is always good which is why I’m giving 2 stars.

Ordered over 50 dollars worth of food,
4 cheese burgers and 2 double burgers.
4 French fries 2 onion rings. Got home only got 3 fries 1 onion ring. Called them up, and they said they would gift cards BS.

Drove through for a salted caramel malt today on the way home. Great, fast service even though they were VERY busy, and the malt was just what I needed on a tough, emotional day after Christmas.

We placed an order for five value meals at the drive thru, all with onion rings instead of fries. We received 3 of the meals with fries instead. I went inside and the customer service was awful. First a young woman who told me to throw the fries away and when I asked where, I was told "just put them in my hands and I'll throw them away". Very snotty tone. Another young woman then told me I'd needed to pay an upcharge and I had to run out and get my purse. I'd have asked for a manager since it was an error made by the person taking the order but I decided to write a review instead. Not treated nicely, no apology for the mistake.

We went to get dinner tonight and Benji took our order over the drive thru. We threw a lot of customizations and asks at him (I know, we’re terrible) and he was on it with accuracy and “Don’t worry, I’ve got you!” Then when we pulled up to the window, Creed was great too!! All around, super great experience with the whole crew tonight and it was PACKED. Way to go Benji and Creed. We appreciate you guys.

I was driving around 6pm and stopped by and we got a couple of burgers. We requested no cheese for mine(my breastfeeding baby is dairy intolerant) and asked for our receipt. We were charged $0.80 to remove the cheese which I've never seen before. Charging to add cheese, yes. To remove cheese? Okaaaay...
And then they gave me cheese! I was very upset to see that, especially as it meant I literally couldn't eat my burger.
Also they didn't give us our receipt. My husband asked for it as we were handed the food but the employee just shut the sliding door and turned away.
Overall a very disappointing experience. Generally I like Culver's but I'd rather stop somewhere else so that I don't get charged $0.80 to not be able to eat my burger...
