I'd recommend driving to Clearwater or Annandale... or just about any other DQ.

I should have took a picture of my chili cheese dog first but I threw it away. I think they Microwaved it Waiting on the chicken strips to be cooked and the bun was so hard I couldn't eat it. Then I was looking at the receipt and for some reason.The chili cheese dog is three eighty nine but the chili dog is four nineteen can't figure that out

Being another fourteen foods store holy balls get this shit show together 202pm is what my recipt says it should not take so minus maybe a min at the speaker I had to sit before being greeted and still had to wait and on top of that took my card took approx 1 min to get it back the slow service here is not good and took me till about 220 to get my food that's ridiculous come on fourteen foods no wonder bad reviews with employees as well being from one in hinckley get it together if I was the gm of the store ud see a turn around in the ppl that work at the stores especially the hinckley one and honestly if I knew this one was a fourteen foods dq i would not have stopped

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with my recent experience. The signage clearly advertised the return of brownie batter, prompting my visit. However, the cashier informed me that it had been discontinued since August. This is incredibly misleading advertising and caused unnecessary disappointment. Furthermore, when I attempted to order a cookie dough blizzard as an alternative, I was informed that you were also out of cookie dough. While I understand that occasional stock issues can occur, the combination of inaccurate advertising and the unavailability of multiple items suggests a larger issue of with inventory management and communication. Hope you will address these issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
Came in about 30 minutes before closing and they said they weren't serving anymore bc they closed soon. I guess they can just close whenever.

walked in about 8ish pm and stood at the front for maybe 1-2 minutes while deciding what we wanted when a dq employee shouted across the restaurant from the drive window āitās gonna be a 10 minute waitā in a rude tone and sighed. then he continued to yell some jibberish words. we decided to leave after thatā¦ i used to manager at that store for several years and wouldāve never talked to a costumer that way.

My kids and I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and we just wanted an ice cream cone and the gal said they didnāt have ice cream and only hot food. She proceeded to say that she already cleaned the ice cream machines. Poor poor service! Management really look at who you hire!

No common curiosity here. Apparently if there is a truck unloading their products they don't inform you and you get stuck at the end of the drive thru until their truck is done. Will not be returning to this location and definitely wouldn't recommend using the drive thru.

Wait times for the last 6 months have been horrible I would not recommend coming to this āfast food establishmentā unless your fine with waiting 45 minutes, other then that the food is good and itās a nice place!
