Needed to do a catering order for a work lunch on short notice. Called Jimmy John's, and the employee was incredibly accommodating and assured me they could get it done in an hour. Food was delivered on time, and the delivery driver was also very polite and friendly. Awesome customer service!

My husband ordered 1 sandwich in drive thru for me without lettuce. Opened it when he got home and it’s covered in lettuce. I can’t eat lettuce, so the sandwich went in the trash. Please reimburse my money to the card used for the order. Photo of receipt and bad sandwich included for proof or error.

We were doing drive through. A bunch of teens working. They were not fast at all, got our order wrong, and didn't give us our points. Why the high stars? They tried to make it right, and apologized for the confusion. At least they are trying and not being rude. My unwhich was very good!
