We were doing drive through. A bunch of teens working. They were not fast at all, got our order wrong, and didn't give us our points. Why the high stars? They tried to make it right, and apologized for the confusion. At least they are trying and not being rude. My unwhich was very good!

15 minutes after I placed the order with one car in front of me. Four employees, I think they were cleaning be making subs (it’s 30 minutes before close). Oh and they were out of their regular bread.

i used to really like go here all the time a year ago and it always was great… but today after awhile i went.. when we ordered our HUNTERS CLUB. she cut us off and didn’t let us order our other sandwich. or repeat our order back to us. and got no receipt other then shoved in the bag. when we got home we realized it was a country club. keep in mind these sammy’s are both giants. i spent 42$ to get 30 minutes home and realize that its ham and not roast beef… something we don’t eat and half its of our 40$ order… coming from an ex sandwich artist….. do better.. and with inflation if i’m spending 40$ on only two sandwich they better be right. ?

This was the first time we tried the Jimmy John’s in Monticello. Probably the best sandwich shop around, no matter the city. We ordered our food online through the jimmy johns app. It speeded up our order cause when we arrived the drive thru seemed backed up. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and my wife ordered the tuna sandwich. Tasty sandwiches and good customer service.

The girl that made our sandwiches was great however the gal that took our order at 8:40 pm was incredibly annoyed that we just had to use the bathroom despite being up since 3 am traveling with delayed flights. She seemed disgusted that the mop was in the men's bathroom and God for bid couldn't close early. Clearly she was banking on leaving before 9pm as she proceeded to count the drive through till while we were still there and talking on her cell phone. This was super disappointing and I'm pretty sure she needs some coaching with her customer service skills or find a different job
