Called to cancel an order and was told it was canceled and I'd be refunded. Weeks went by and no refund, and they weren't answering corporates calls or messages. They finally reached out to corporate, and not me, a month and a half later stating they made the food anyways, and it's my fault so they won't be refunding. I know you were busy at 5pm, been in the service industry so I'm pretty forgiving. But- I waited 25 min for one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. Others coming in after me got served before myself and got free product for waiting so long. I sat quietly waiting... I waited the longest for the simplest order and didn't even get an apology. Pretty ridiculous.
