I ordered a large fry the container was a little over half full if they fill it up does McDonald's take it out of there 20dollar and hour pay. Loyalty to McDonald's might not be good.

Drive thru is always backed up and going inside employees just standing around. NO HUSTLE. See more employees chatting about what's on their phone rather handling the massive pile up of orders in the drive thru or the few customers inside.

The manager named secret was extremely helpful and professional and I don't think I've gotten better service at some sit down restaurants. The food was good and the place was quiet and clean

This review is for last night. Order #607! I ordered 3 shamrock shakes and wanted a frozen blue raspberry drink. I also ordered a total of just under $50 worth of McDonalds food. I was told by a lower level McDonalds associate that my blue drink wasn't available. Would I like a substitute. It caught me off guard, so I just quickly answered another shamrock shake. I didn't care what size the beverage was. I didn't really pay attention to my full ordered. The meal the blue drink corresponded with had a large drink. The manager on staff got upset and made a scene about the large shamrock shake not being the same value as the blue drink. The manger made a point to tell the employee. Then the staff. Then found me, waiting for my $50 McDonalds order, to tell me the large blue drink and the shamrock shake were not an equal solution. Now I was still caught off guard, so again I answered quickly and didn't mind or care too much. As I got my $50 worth of McDonalds order and proceeded to leave. I heard the manager telling the staff again, the shamrock shake wasn't equal to the frozen blue raspberry drink. In closing or the point of this negative review. I felt embarrassed by management making a huge deal over a McDonalds issue. I ordered $50 worth of McDonalds. McDonalds wasn't able to complete my order. McDonalds staff tried to help fix the issue. McDonalds management made the experience unsatisfactory. I didn't care about the $2 or $3 difference between what I ordered and what could've fixed the McDonalds issue. I don't need or want anything. I just want the manager from last night to think about good customer service skills. Again, I didn't create the problem. I ordered $50 worth of McDonalds. I should've been treated better.

Very slow and inaccurate execution of my order. Missing a sandwich completely and shorted my 6pc nugget by 2 nuggets. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Restaurant is clean so that's nice. My mobile order took 15 minutes so that's not nice and on top of it my sandwich was cold. This was my annual McRib and it saddened me

I had a delivery, inside the bag, where the sandwich was were mouse droppings. I could eat a this. I was refunded, which I was thankful. But I won’t go back until the whole restaurant is fumigated.

Awful. Waited 25mins for take out (walk-in order) for a hungry 3 year old. Didn’t see any food leave the kitchen during that entire time. Their entire menu takes 3-5mins to cook, so I’m not sure how that was possible. Left empty handed and told them to keep the money and food. Another gentleman had been there close to 1 hr still without food.

Had a 35min wait there several weeks ago for a couple breakfast sandwiches.

If there is an equipment malfunction, then the right thing to do is to stop taking new orders which they failed to do.

Something major is broken with the work flow at this restaurant. I will not be back.

Nice that a young employee actually took our order at the counter. Drink machines gone and No free refills on pop. Kind of ridiculous, since it would cost them pennies to do that. Will not go back because of this.

Food and staff are fine but what's with not having napkins, ketchup or anything available to customers inside? Is it really taking that much outfit the billions in profits McDonald's makes a year your customers have to flag someone down for everything when they are already understaffed and busy?
