Let's start with the obvious, price, it's WAY more $ than comparable places. So I expect it to be better then others, and it's not, not at all. Under baked breads, slopped together sandwiches, chili full of tomatoes skins.... If I paid half what I did it would be expensive for what it is.... Nope, not coming back

Ordered 2 sandwiches for $9 a sandwich, and they gave us a quarter of a sandwich + a third of a sandwich. For $18 I didn't even get one single whole sandwich. Complained to manager. She said she'd push for a full refund but I only got a 75% refund. I also didn't get the right amount of food afterwards to rectify the loss of money. Won't be returning. Literally a scam

I went to this location on September 27, 2025. I hadn't been to a Panera for 5 or more years. The food was not nearly as good as in the past. The prices were exorbitant.

Edit 8/2025: Was really hoping it was new store opening issues but this store has consistently underbaked/toasted nearly every bread in meal. If you look through the pictures you can see how light it all is. We’ll go back to driving to Elk River vs this location from now on.
Embarrassed to admit how many times we’ve stopped in here since their opening recently - ha! They’ve had some new store opening kinks but have been extremely responsive and course correct right away it seems. I had a great experience this morning where I made the mistake when ordering and Dom was super helpful in correcting it for me. I appreciated his helpful and welcoming action this morning! Way to go Dom!
Order supposed be ready at noon, little early pull to spot 1, 1203 email says ready...call at 1216 and they say will be right out! I don't mind late at all. I understand but give me accurate info.

Tonight I experienced the delightfully AMAZING Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with chicken for the first time...and it tasted like summer! (It was so delicious that I did not even use the dressing.)
Their broccoli cheddar soup was like comfort in a cup, and I was satisfied but not overly stuffed thanks to their You Pick Two option.
I also want to give a shout-out to team member Owen who was cheerful, kind, diligent, and pleasant throughout our entire visit. He was cleaning with a smile (and paying attention to detail) when we first arrived, yet he graciously allowed us to interrupt his task so we could wash our hands. He seemed to really care about the entire customer experience. Every workplace needs more young people like Owen!

The first cup of soup I tried was not good, and the manager went out of his way to make it right. Not only did he trade it out for a different soup, he then brought a fresh cup of the first soup (which was far better), and treated everyone in my group to a free pastry. Excellent customer service. We’ll be back!
