4 different times I ordered later in the evening and after 40 min of processing and cooking and then submitted to the driver to bring the order to me my order is canceled this also happened on the 10th the doordash driver accepted the order but couldn't even pick up the order because the store was closed...they are delaying orders in their system when it becomes 101-11pm they make the customer believe they're getting their order and then last second it's canceled and you never get it...and this time the poor doprdash driver wasted his time too...you're all pathetic if you can't handle doing your job dont work their

The food was good. The problem is once DoorDash takes it, it is nobody’s responsibility if something is wrong. I didn’t receive my whole order and when I brought it up to the DoorDash driver he couldn’t speak English. He needed his phone to translate. He said there wasn’t anything he could do and left. I called the store and they said “once it was handed off to DoorDash it wasn’t there responsibility.” I called DoorDash and he just called the store and transferred me to them where I heard the same thing. I had to go to the store to pick up what I was missing and still had to pay the delivery fee and tip.

We ordered a dozen pizzas for a working lunch. Pizzas we delivered hot and on time. We had a crazy assortment with varying toppings. Everyone was pleased with the quantity of toppings, a great crust and all the flavor!

We ordered a pizza for delivery from Papa John’s. We live just five minutes from the store, but after placing the order, we waited over an hour with no sign of our food. We kept checking the status, and the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back with no explanation.
Eventually, we called the store and were told our order had been handed off to DoorDash. The employee said no one had claimed the order yet and couldn’t give us a real estimate of when it would arrive.
At that point, we were frustrated and decided to just go pick it up ourselves. When we got there, a car full of teenagers pulled up. One of them hopped out, came into the store, and said he was the DoorDash driver coming to grab our order. Honestly, it felt a bit unprofessional.
It was also pretty clear our food had been sitting there for a while—everything was barely warm.
To top it off, since Papa John’s had passed the order to DoorDash, they claimed it was “out of their control” and made us pay the DoorDash driver in the store—even though we never received a delivery.
The whole experience was a mess: no communication, no accountability, and no real customer service. Honestly, I could’ve grabbed a frozen pizza and had it baked, eaten, and cleaned up in less time than this whole ordeal took.
Really disappointed.

After what I saw, as they were making a customer's order, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! BARE HANDS in ALL the ingredients, NO tools were used for the toppings. Just their BARE hands in and out of EVERYTHING! 🤢🤢🤢🤢
