Tuesday 8/2/22, have been calling non stop since 4:30pm to order a takeout pizza. Phone rings 4 times and goes straight to voice mail, it is now 6:15pm and after at least 100 attempts still nobody answers the phone. Very nice! Lost my business, but I know you don’t care because you won’t even answer your phone during business hours.

Pizza is pizza but. This place is no longer serving good pizza. All kids no training. Never open, always slow.10 years ago this was the place to be! But i no longer like eating here. I still try from time to time thinking things change. This place died when they moved.

Awesome deep dish pizza. Best in Minnesota by far. This isn't your jets pizza thick crust. This is a wall of unbridled crunchiness. Sauce is amazing. Lots of flavor with the basil coming through nicely. REAL CHEESE! You're talking about at least an 1/8 of cheese. We had the sausage and pep with half onions. Their cheesy bread is also to die for. Owner is very attentive and has a great sense of humor. Told us * sorry but we have very limited help....I will be your waiter......sorry you don't get a cute one* hilarious. Will be back for our once a month pizza stop at this jewel. Also to the haters.....pizza ranch is just down the street.....

Best pizza in the area. I love, love, love the pizza at pizza factory. I know they sell other Italian food and if it's as good as the pizza then it's got to be good. My favorite pizza in this area.

Pizza was super greasy, bland, the crust on the bottom was pretty chewy while there was black crust around the outside. And who cuts a pizza into 2" squares??? We should have gone to T-Bell

Okay so it is not my favorite pizza, we ended up throwing the whole large pizza away after having one square...but the garlic cheese bread is the best around by far.
