Everyone is used to “chain” restaurants. It’s nice to see a local, family owned company that actually cares. Their pizza’s are always on point and their cheesy bread is amazing! Highly recommend this hidden gem of Monticello!

This is the third time we have had major issues with the customer service. We order a pizza online TWO and a HALF hours ago. We called at the hour and a half mark, nothing. This same thing has happened on two other occasions. We would like a full refund. I drove past about ten minutes ago and the lights were off and closed sign up. My recommendation would be to turn off your online ordering and update your hours if you’re going to be closed during normal business hours.
Instead we ordered dominos, ready for pick up within 9 minutes. No issues, hot, tastes decent. Very disappointing that we will be supporting corporate companies instead of a local business owner. We will be waiting for a phone call for the refund. Best of luck to you and your business.

We ordered online for pickup on Friday, and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pick it up and the place was dark. Called 5 times and no answer. Finally got an answer at 4 from a guy who mumbled something about being an hour out so he canceled the order. Why wasn't I notified? Why wasn't the phone picked up when I called several times? Maybe unrelated, but my debit card was hacked (from Singapore) after this transaction, after I noticed a pop-up from a foreign place after I clicked the "order" button.

Wow awesome job not fixing your guys pizza issues with Customers ? when we called you back to tell you about one of our pizzas being messed up on one of the toppings being wrong(suppose to be pepperoni and bacon but got pineapple with the bacon), you said you'd deliver a new one over then hung up on my father immediately. We waited an hour and 30 minutes and still nothing so half my family couldn't eat the pizza until later where i fixed it myself. But no hate to the delivery dude he was awesome and polite. Sadly to say this about one of my family's favorite pizza places for over the years, don't worry you wont have to worry about one less customer just wanting to feed their family.

We had primo last night and it was fantastic, 5 gold stars. The guy working was busting his butt to get it all done, he was working alone doing all the making, delivering, and pick ups and our pizza was still hot and absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to have it again!
