Absolutely amazing. I came in for a pick up order and he hadn’t started it, which I was fine with. Without me prompting, the pizza guy offered me a free bread side because of the wait.Way more importantly, you can actually taste the tomatoes, unlike chain stores. This was my introduction to the effect of ultra processed food. My boyfriend and I can each eat a whole dominos pizza and still be hungry. Here, we each had two slices and we were full, which is unheard of.Dominos, Papa John’s, and other chain stores all have ultra processed food, which is for lack of a better word predigested. Here, the ingredients were real, and my god did it make a difference. It helps that the service was amazing :) I highly recommend this store!

First time trying Primo. Owner was super nice. The buffalo pizza needed more buffalo sauce. It tasted like a cheese pizza with chicken. But highly recommend the hamburger pizza. That was fabulous!

The sauce on the pizza is Top NOTCH!!! Ordered 70 wings and they Came out Perfect, & the Sauces were all tasty. Definitely a Hometown Pizza Joint!

2nd time ordering at this place. How they are in business is mind boggling. 1st time pizza came burnt. By burnt i mean like charcoal. Tried again tonight. If I could leave negative stars i would. Called my order in at 5:30 and at 6pm the called to tell me they are unable to deliver. No apologies no nothing. Just said either pick it up or they will cancel the order. Good luck to your business. Considering all the 1 star reviews I see, you are heading for being out of business. Will not order from this place again. .

I really like their sauce, but the last 2 times we have ordered the pizza it had burnt cheese on half and not cooked on other half or entire cheese top burnt and crust semi cooked -I think they may have a uneven temps in oven, or cooking too many at once. We would really order much more, but it is so inconsistent. When we received the burnt pizza, the driver informed us of it upon delivery, told us to call and complain if it was too burnt.... just kind of strange.
Honestly we love primo. We have been ordering from them since we moved here. But for the last year delivery has been horrible. I know the owner is really trying and I feel bad for him. That said we have had one order in the last six months that was close to on time- all other were 60-120 minutes past our delivery time. Sadly, this is just not a business we can rely on anymore.

The flavor is and always has been the reason to keep coming back. We have been primo fans since they opened years ago.The pizza is great. We like the crust, the sauce. Cheesy and meaty good with golden brown and delicious crispy cheese edges We like the chicken and bread and cheese sticks.The new owner is keeping it moving but has had ups and downs with staffing, in some cases delivering pizzas on his own. I hope he can get some much needed help. Give these guys a chance and support the locally owned businesses out there. Better than competitors in the area hands down.Thanks for the great dinner!

The pizza was good! Not life changing but overall tasty. The girl working (long hair and glasses) even brought it out to me when I pulled up for pick-up, she was so friendly and very kind! Definitely will be going back at some point.

I would give five star for the actual pizza, but in the past year it's been run into the ground. No one will answer the phone, they'll put closed signs on the door just because they're busy, and once we ordered and they didn't have a delivery driver and just never called us so we waited all night. I've contacted them multiple times about how hard it is to just call or how we never got an order, and it's just crickets. The one person who works there (seems the be the only one) is always panicking and overwhelmed with no help.

Wow! The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting! I normally am not a fan of thin crust but my husband is so we ordered one and it's the best thin crust I've ever had it was thin and firm without being soggy or tasting like cardboard it had flavor and great texture we also ordered a pan crust and that too was great, classic crust was classic it was ok but the thin and pan crust were both amazing ?
