Lovely starbucks, employees were kind. Small area to have a lot of people stand around but that's not Starbucks fault. Just how the layout of Target is.

I ordered vanilla bean frappe yesterday on my birthday January 3. I waited for over 10 minutes because they are slow that I noticed. She shouted my name but I am deaf also she gave me melt vanilla bean frappe. That sad

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and saw them making the drink. The sweet cream pitcher had milk curds in it and I saw the employee scrape off the milk curds and use the sweet cream anyways. One of the other employees even said “that’s gross” but, they handed the drink out. I asked the employee for a different drink and got one without issue but, they did not toss out the pitcher of sweet cream. I know they were busy so I didn’t want to bother a manager and I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks before but that was not good.

I had a frustrating experience at the Starbucks inside Target. I waited 45 minutes for my drink, which is already far too long for a single order. When I finally received it, it was made incorrectly—I had specifically asked for no whipped cream, but it came with whipped cream anyway. Although they remade the drink for me, the long wait and initial mistake were disappointing.

To make matters worse, I noticed that several customers who ordered after me received their drinks before mine. It seems they prioritize making easier drinks, like refreshers, instead of preparing orders in the sequence they are placed. This lack of efficiency and organization left a lot to be desired.

While the remade drink tasted fine, the poor service overshadowed the experience. I hope they address these issues to improve the wait times and overall customer experience.

Been here 3x. Every time has been extremely slow, but also two out of the 3 times I have been there I have had to throw out my drink because it was inedible. The first drink I ever got there was a hot chocolate which is pretty hard to screw up, but somehow they did, I choked that one down anyways. The next two, simple lattes without flavor I got were not even drinkable. Even after having one remade, the remake was somehow worse than the first that was so bad I was asking that it got remade. So yeah, wont return. :)

It was packed as hell and i ordered two drinks. I got a trenta mango dragon fruit lemonade and a DECAF, not cream based, DECAF caramel ribbon crunch frappe. What i got was sweet milk in a cup. When i asked the barista to add a decaf shot or to make it what i ordered i watched her just pour what i had in my cup already blend it and put it in a new cup. I am fristrated, over stimulated and now paid $7 for sweet milk which i’ll be throwing away. I get being busy, hell i worked at a starbucks but i never gave the customer a cup of sweet milk when they asked me to fix it.

Man, they move slowly. Both staffers took 10 minutes to remake a drink for a customer before me. Then they had to make a whole new pot of coffee for my 12 oz. brewed coffee.

Ordered 6/3/24 approximately 4pm. I ordered a cold drink and there were four girls working. The one that took the order did a great job. Another one stood their handed another young girl a cup, and the young girl that was making the cold brew, kept stopping and talking to the other girl that was on her phone showing her stuff this went throughout the whole drink, making process while I stood there and waited and watched. Very poor quality service. Disappointing nonetheless.
