I ordered a toasted 6” Outlaw sub. No modifications. I received a 6” sub that was smushed pretty bad, barely toasted and had literally toppings. There was the steak but no onions, peppers, sauce or cheese. I couldn’t go back to get a new one or request a refund as I was on break so I tried to call to get a refund but it rang for a good few minutes and no one picked up so I couldn’t talk to anyone. Super disappointed, went back ti work starving.

First time going through the drive thru and last time. I got a cheesesteak with no sauce at all and it was overloaded with sauce. My husband got an Italian with light sauce and his was overloaded. I literally could not eat mine at all as there was an insane amount of Mayo on it. Will definitely go inside next time if there is a next time. Great service just lack of attention to what consumer asked and didn't ask for.

Staff was friendly. I ordered an Italian BMT...i omitted tomatoes, added banana peppers and light mayo....they got those items correct and meat was correct but missing the lettuce, onions, and vinaigrette. I also ordered the footlong nachos with jalapenos, onions, tomato, and did not receive all 3 - only Doritos and cheese.

They were all huddle in a corner then when I went to order asked me the same question 5 times asked if I wanted it toasted wasn’t even Luke warm under sauced me then wrapped my sandwich like a burrito would have been happier if went to jimmy John’s across the street

I’m impressed by how much hard work they are putting in when watching them moving lines pretty fast with drive Thru and online orders too. They had very good coordination amongst each other to keep the new employees engaged even when he was new. Love the orchestration and I disagree to all negative feedback but would love to ask them to think positive aspect of them trying their best to serve you food. Hats off to their constant smile during the busy time. Thank you and I am coming again!

Everytime I go here they mess up my order. Got the new foot long nachos this time and forgot nacho cheese sauce like that's the whole part of nachos, dude drenched it in chipotle to cover it up, ruined nachos. Got my sandwich toasted and not even toasted, bread is doughy, meat half cold. 3 guys working and one dude came straight from outside, didn't wash hands, grabbed paper without gloves on, all 3 seemed high or something. They all kept asking us the same questions over and over like when we were clearly saying and then yelling at that point cause we didn't know what was up. Struggling ringing us up and just was not happy atmosphere, they need to work on customer service big time and training on how to make the basic menu.

This place is dirty. Tables not wiped, some of the veggies looked like they should be tossed in the trash. The drink station was gross too, it wasn't even busy there either. Ladies room needed cleaning and this vent right above the toilet was covered in thick dust! My husband went to the men's room and a worker just walked out and when he went to dry his hands there was no paper towel. While he waited for me to come out of the ladies room nobody went into the men's room to put paper towels in there. He told me about it and then remembered this was the location he visited in the past where a girl working there was going to put brown lettuce on his sandwich. He said, "don't you have any other lettuce besides that?" She rolled her eyes and got fresh lettuce. Just don't visit this location, they clearly don't care.
