I ordered through DoorDash a pick 2 box with a spartan sandwich. It is not cheap to order through DoorDash. I’m currently feeling unwell or else I would’ve got it myself. When I opened my food, there was literally no chicken on the sandwich… the main ingredient. I contracted DoorDash and got something figured out and called the store to make them aware of the situation. I spoke with a female manager. You could tell she didn’t care. How do you forgot the chicken on a chicken sandwich? Very disappointed.

Lots of goofing off by employees, and because of that our order was was wrong.Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location.

My wife and I stopped by for dinner. Subs were great and staff was polite & attentive. The Manager Jerry greeted us as soon as we entered. He also thanked us for our business when we left. Something you do not receive anymore at restaurants. The atmosphere was calm and enjoyed our time there eating our meal. We will be back! Keep up the good work Moorhead Erbert & Gerbert's!!

very courteous, greeted right away with friendly happy workers. First time there. Greeted the owner first as he was running an errand.I read the menu. Didn't feel pressured to hurry to order, that alone was a good thing. Just to put it out there I love sub sandwiches and anytime I find a sub shop I check it out. This one was a great choice! Not only a good atmosphere but a great sub sandwich. Totally impressive. I enjoyed the sandwich and plan a return visit very soonFresh breads, great meat and the way they make the subs is exactly how I like them. ?10 in my book. If in the area check it out it's worth it. They also have 6 different soups and chilies to choose from fresh and hot.Vegetarian options: I'm sisters with a veg.. I'm sure she would approve of this place.Kid-friendliness: I'm sure they are.Parking: in lot in front of sub shop easy in and out. Street to get to it or driveway.Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't have my walker bit I did notice that it would fit easy in the doorway and there's no bump or rises to get over. I have a all terrain walker so it's pretty wide based and I'm sure it will fit

This won the “Worst Sandwich” takeout we’ve ever had. Do NOT order from this particular location. Bread was far older than a day (so dry!). Our sandwiches were slapped together and had minimal ingredients. No oil in our subs. I had to go into my kitchen and “doll” them up to make them edible. Everything is expensive these days so I’d hate another family to waste their money on a such a terrible experience.
