Parking: Lots of spots and if the front parking is filled up there's overflow towards the back

The food was good when we finally got it, we went through the drive thru and the lady in front of us stole our order, we waited so long I shut the vehicle off, then we waited another 15 minutes to get our food, they asked us for our receipt to prove what we had paid for and to remake the order. They apologized and gave us 1 free meal which in my opinion should have been 1 free meal for each meal(3) that was stolen since I did try to tell them that she was stealing our food. We had 3 meals, 2 additional sandwiches, and an additional medium Fry. We never got the sauce for our nuggets, hopefully they start checking receipts so this doesn't happen to others.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this McDonald’s. While picking up an order, I overheard three employees discussing a customer in a derogatory and unprofessional manner. Moments later, they approached him and suggested he needed to leave if he wasn’t ordering anything. This man had money with him, was a paying customer, and has frequented this location for years. There was absolutely no justification for treating him this way.

What makes this worse is that this happened during dangerous, blizzard-like conditions. Asking a paying customer to leave under such circumstances is not only heartless but also irresponsible. I can’t understand how this kind of behavior aligns with McDonald’s corporate values—or any sense of basic decency.

This experience has left me questioning whether I can support a business that allows such treatment of its customers. I hope the management of this location reflects on how their actions affect their patrons.

The girl at the speaker taking my order was so rude. This was today around 4:58. It was the girl at the second window at exactly 4:59 she had a black Columbia shirt on she had a terrible attitude and she also had one braid . That was the person ! Plz do better at hiring kind people. I asked for help with ordering and she didn’t seem to even want to help and rolled her eyes ! Like what? I’m particularly deaph. The sticker on the ordering board said pull forward for assistance

I always come in and read or get a coffee. It’s always clean. The employees always ask do you need anything.

The tables are washed.
I actually love it here. One of my favorite places to read books.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:15 because I knew I'd be getting there right before 10:30 so I didn't want to order a whole meal two minutes before they switched for lunch. Apparently that was not enough time to put together one order of hotcakes and two hashbrowns because when i pulled up before 10:30, they told me they didn't have any of my food, then proceeded to ask what I wanted to do. What do you mean? what else is there to do other than give me a refund? I understand if you need 15 minutes to tear everything down and get ready for lunch, but then maybe don't have breakfast available on the app? I placed a mobile order for a reason so that it would be ready in advance 😭

Not only do they mess up my order when I go back to explain they say they understand then claim they don’t believe me and insinuate I’m an idiot who didn’t check the bag. Only after that I physically show them they messed up do they get me the correct food terrible rude people

This McDonald’s is absolutely crazy. Ordered a happy meal for the Mario cart toy and was told today was the last day so all the employees took them home instead.

Was told today was the last day for the Mario kart toys. The employees told us they took all of the “good toys” home. So it seems to me these employees at this McDonald’s just steals from their company. Just wondering if the higher ups and HR are aware of what their employees are doing at this location
