Food at McDonald’s is never great anyways. Then I ordered pies. So they gave me cookies instead cause they were in the oven. Not a fair exchange.

extremely horrible service I ordered a frappe and a 5 dollar meal and the frappe was extremely full and carmel was all over the cup and my fries were extremely soggy and not crunchy (would not recommend)
The establishment was operating at full capacity, and while the food quality was acceptable, it did not align with the visual representation. It offered a comparable experience to other McDonald's locations.

The manager in charge can’t even keep his workers working! Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and he had everyone in the back chatting with him. People were left in the drive thru waiting for 10+ minutes for their food. The manager doesn’t know how to keep his crew on task as well. The general manager needs to scolded that manager in charge running the closing shift. So frustrating. He shouldn’t be getting paid $20 an hour for goofing around not doing his job.

Purchased two big breakfast and ended up getting just hotcakes, told the lady at the window, manger came and said they will fix it to pull up to window #3 and nope they did not fix it…. Steak sandwich without onion,, and there was onions on it! No straws for our drinks..
There is always something going wrong with our orders at this location
We understand if it happens once in a while we are all human, but this is every single time we come. Guess next time we will drive a little bit further away

The last few times I've been here my order was wrong or missing. The last order was for two burgers without pickles and both had pickles even though they had the tickets on the burgers saying no pickles.

Waited in the drive thru, from ordering to getting the wrong food for 15 plus minutes. The person verified my order. But the bag was missing the other half of my order. Then they wouldn't do anything about it. Asked for a refund. Wanted me to come back. I was about 20 minutes out of town. And wait in the same line to get my other half of the order.

Ordered thru the app for a drive-thru pick-up. Everything was fine until I came home and found the pie we'd gotten had had a finger stuck into it. Another time, I recieved a pie with a bite taken out of it. I will no longer be risking it. No more pies from the 8th St McDonald's.
