I ordered one small pizza at 12:30pm and had a 30 minute wait time, which is okay. The time I was given was 1:07pm, Only to then have my order directed to DoorDash, who then decided to take extra stops before bringing my pizza to me, making my delivery time 2pm- to then bring the pizza to the wrong address and when I tried to call the store (multiple times) nobody answered.

A couple weeks ago we waited over 3 hours for the pizza delivery and no one would answer the phone. Gave some grace as I thought it may have been a busy night. Today Preordered for 5:45 delivery, 6:45 tried to call and was on hold and never got through to anyone, 7:35 got notice my ordered was canceled. Clearly, this is a pattern. How are they still in business????

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The new location is even worse than what the old Moorhead location had become. Every order for us has been awful for various reasons. Last Friday we tried one last time for a pickup order. There were 12 people waiting in the lobby to pickup orders long past their ready times and not a single employee would come up front and help customers. One customer finally had enough of staring at their pizza ready on the rack for 20 minutes and asked for a manager. The employee responded with “We don’t have one.” Halloween is just around the corner…. If you want to experience a real haunted building, be sure to stop by this store and watch their zombies for employees shuffle around aimlessly in the back.
