Ordered carry out with the extra cheese and extra sauce option, I received hardly any sauce and cheese with large patches missing all toppings. After a long day I didn’t want to cook and was more than let down. Guess I’ll try deeks or the other 10 pizza places in town

Terrible terrible service! Never gave me half of my order and then told me that they will refund me! Never got my money back! I'm beyond pissed off with the service and absolutely pissed off I felt bad and tipped the driver! You work at a pizza place and making sure the order is right is half your job!

It's a pickup or delivery only place. I called in a order. It was done very quickly, that was good because on my way home. My only complaint is the service they have to take orders. The person could barely speck English. We have to guess on everything she said, and hope it is right. Is it worth their cost savings, we were thinking about adding a side. Decided not to, frustrating.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. While eating my first slice I bit inta a very long hair baked into the pizza. Called for a refund and replacement and was told I could have one or the other and then was hing up on. Called back and was instantly hung up on again.
Very poor managnment and service skills.

The quality of Moorhead papa John’s has gone down so much. They are always missing extra sauce when I order it, the food is mediocre, now they are using door dash for delivery so the food is cold. The only reason I still buy from there is because Pizza Hut won’t deliver to my area but I guess I’ll just pick it up or try dominos.

The Morehead Papa John's has really gone downhill lately. On Halloween we ordered a bunch of pizzas for a party. Half the order showed up and they had to go get the rest of it. We paid a lot of money for this and it just tasted like cheap grocery store pizza. Some of my friends even reported they were very sick after eating it. There may have been some food poisoning going on. But we're not sure. Overall very dissatisfied with the quality of their food and their service. Papa John's needs to step it up or otherwise we will no longer order from there again

BE WARNED We ordered a pizza and wings on a thursday night around 9:30, the delivery took until 10:45 and we live FOUR minutes away from the store. We sent the driver detailed instructions and sent them maps on both apple and google and even drew a map for them and called them to attempt to give detailed instructions on how to get to just the parking lot of the building. And when they arrived the driver was rude and didn’t even want to get out of their car. Not only this but the food was completely cold, the pizza we payed extra to have bacon on had none, and the wings had no sauce :( I never leave bad reviews but this just was some of the worst service i’ve ever got.

I work late, so I typically order pickup pizzas very close to closing time, yet employees are always friendly and helpful. Pizzas are made well, always consistently done. App orders are quick and easy, and when I've had to order by phone, I usually get the same person who is very friendly and thorough (PJ corporate should use her calls for training, I don't think she misses a thing). My only complaint is I wish they'd have better working conditions for employees, it's always HOT in there, no matter what time of year (summers must be unbearable for them). I typically wait til I see my order ready in the app so I don't have to stand in the heat longer than I have to. Sometimes the front door is propped open, which I can understand why...though it makes me concerned for their safety since it's in a part of town with more 'activity' after dark.
