I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot—exactly what you want when you’re craving good pizza. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was just right.

i love the quality of food! crisp, cheesy, delicious. i wish the store was slightly bigger. the lobby is small, only 2 or 3 people can be in the lobby comfortably. other than that the general manager is very nice and understanding with her customers! great place

Ordered delivery over the phone because online ordering wasn't working (though this may have been an issue on my end due to use of VPN, haven't confirmed, and is also not really the core of my complaint) Still had my order up on the computer to compare prices, and asked if the deal I was looking at online was valid over the phone, and I was told it was. They then tried to charge me about $11 more than what the website quoted. Had to remind them of the deal, despite having literally just done so moments prior. Ordered a thin crust with extra sauce. It had practically no sauce. Came with random extra toppings I didn't order (chicken, mushrooms). Delivery came by way of Door Dash -- which, I know this seems nitpicky, but I don't use Door Dash because their service has been so terrible. Delivery drivers from the restaurant itself tend to do their jobs correctly in comparison to Door Dash drivers, as they are actually held to a set of standards. The pizza just sucked. No getting around that. I think this was officially the last time I order Pizza Hut.

I would like to give the general manager Cheryl Johns a very special thank you for accommodating my Sped Bus kiddos for Halloween this year. I’m not allowed to pass out candy and called Pizza Hut to see if they offer personal pan pizza coupons. Cheryl was able to help without no hesitation. THANK YOU AGAIN CHERYL :) You save the day!!!

I go to this establishment monthly and the pizza is always amazing no matter the time of year! The employees, when u give them actual respect and patience, are very friendly people whos banter and skill makes the wait worth it! As for atmosphere... it's kinda cramped in the customer section, it just would be nice to not wait outside on occasion when more than 3 customers are waiting for their food. It is cozy when there is space indoors... in a funny way!

Its always something with this location. I have a store and instead of using cognitive thinking they assume there isn't any houses therefore it must be the wrong address gave a quick call from an unknown number, while I was handling customers, then left. I highly recommend finding other alternatives. The success rate of a complete order from here is very low.

Placed an order online for in shop pickup. Husband went inside to pick it up and the 3 employees inside were too busy vaping in the back of the shop to help him right away, he had to flat out ask to be helped. Then after waiting for the food we brought it home and the buffalo wings I ordered were tossed in bbq sauce. I attempted to call the shop to get it corrected and was sent to a call center. The call center said “we can’t help you, you’ll have to keep trying to call the shop” even after I informed her I had tried that. All she said was “oh they’re going to answer”. I attempted 3 more times to call the shop, still no answer. Normally a wrong sauce would not be a big deal, but as the recipient of the wings is allergic to bbq sauce, they were left without any food. Absolutely disgusting lack of customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

All of our food was undercooked. The Cinnabon rolls we ordered were basically raw. Also, they outsource delivery to DoorDash but don't tell you that untill after your order is placed. So you're pretty much guaranteed that your food will arrive late and cold.

The manager here is the rudest person I have ever met. She treats her customers so bad. I don’t understand why Pizza Hut is letting her treat people this way.

I called and spoke to the manager at the Moohread store about a messed up order. She was very rude and hung up on me. I have never experienced something like this before. She should be fired! Its sad because I love Pizza Hut.
