Katelyn who I assumed is a manager screamed at another employee male about not ripping her ticket and repeatedly shouting at him to check the VPN in front of a full store of customer including the other 5 employees working behind the counter. Very aggressive and unprofessional behavior.

We didn’t receive an “impossible breakfast” after paying 38$ for our order. We were 20 miles out of town when we noticed. They wouldn’t do anything over the phone to correct this. They could’ve taken name and we could’ve picked up a credit when we got back from vacation. All they said was “we can’t do anything over the phone!”
