Drive through was understaffed, and it was a nightmare to get an order across.
Also, forgot to toast sandwich.

don't bother ordering on the app because they are going to "forget" Items and expect you to return to get it or be out of luck and lose money. worst service I've ever received never had a problem receiving a refund for items I didn't get

Tyler did an amazing job making me and my friend subs. But he was by himself and there was like 10 ppl in the building and he had to do help them all plus do mobile and drive through orders by himself.
You guys need to have always 2 ppl minimum no matter what he was doing his absolute best and yet couldn’t get ahead of the amount of ppl coming in.
He needs a raise and the owners need to get replaced.

Firstly Tyler had great service, he was swift, sturn, and had a smile even though his stress. The reason I'm giving a poor review for this location is because Tyler was working all alone, he was clearly overwhelmed with a line out of the door and online orders flooding in.
All I ask through this review is the management can respect there employees enough to have at least two people staffed and not just one. Corporate shouldn't need to care about saving a few pennies at the cost of there workers.

It took an unreasonable amount of time to be greeted/served in an empty store as neither employees looked up for a few minutes upon entering. One of our toasted sandwiches was cold (I guess you can’t toast 2 at once) and I found something hard in my rotisserie chicken which I don’t necessarily blame the restaurant for, was just gross. I do however want to rate their service. The guy making our sandwiches was pleasant and smiley. His coworker, clearly older than him with small gauges and a longer beard/mustache, was particularly rude about the fact that we came in close to closing saying that of course they don’t have this and that 30 mins to closing and insulting the work of our sandwich-maker. My boyfriend and I both worked in the food industry so we get it but that’s no excuse for rudeness. Our sandwich-maker, seemingly new, made a few comments to his older coworker, one about not acting like he hates his job. I feel bad that our sandwich-maker has to deal with that guy. What a low-life. We won’t be visiting this Subway again given how unwanted we felt. Make the trip to the one south of 94 and 75.

We waited over 10 minutes in drive thru, finally left and went home with nothing.
The Subway on Main Ave in Moorhead is a very good choice. I come here often. The sandwiches are always fresh and well prepared. The staff is very pleasant and do a good job preparing your meal. The lobby is generally clean and well stocked. The only negative thing I can think of this Subway is it is generally on the cool side, both summer and winter. It as also drafty because they have multiple fans running. I suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket if you plan on eating in store.
Parking: The parking at this store can get kinda tight if it is busy.

Went there for lunch, waited in drive-through for 8 min, got up to order and was told "we'll be with you shortly we've got 5 orders ahead of you" waiting another 4 minutes and drove away. I only have a 30 min lunch break, cannot spend it waiting in your drive-through. Won't be making that mistake again

There were 3 people working and one person was making mine and my friends order he was obviously new/struggling and he received no help my friend and I were being patient as he made our orders someone came out to the lobby and sat down on her phone and watched him struggle didn’t offer to help. we were both incorrectly charged for our orders and very disappointed with the quality of the foo as well as the customer service and atmosphere. I went to subway for conscience and ended up having to remake my food myself when I got home. As a person who used to work at a subway location myself I am extremely disappointed. After reading previous reviews it seems to me like management should be fired and the entire place should be re staffed. I would give zero starts if I could. ?

Ordered Subway through Doordash. Sandwichs arrived with no meat on them. Drinks chips and cookies were forgotten. Called them and said they will refund us. My fiance and me were very unhappy. However when they get it right food is awesome.

Drive up & ordered. @34th St by TSC. The flavor of ingredients 5*, Italian bread 1* "meh" not impressed.I think the roll is smaller. Bread is tougher -- especially when warmed for chicken teriyaki then cools off.So tough it was hard to bite off and chew.? is the ingredient that makes the sandwich a meh-1* or 4* good or A +1--5* great. I've had a better experience whereI usually go to 19th AvN. in my home area.The bread made this Subway experience a 1* meh experience. Maybe it was warmed at too high of a temperature or too fast?I hope when I try again, NOT to have tough bread. Would be nice to have the little bit larger subway roll but with higher cost of everything I guess that's 1 way to trim overhead.However, If this experience were to be the norm I honestly feel Subway WOULDN'T be my choice for a hot Sub .....Subway would have lost my business.That is costly as well.Service would be a 5* but I asked the sandwich crafter to cut in 3rds but he cut in 4ths. He did apologize and offer to make another. I declined thanking him, since Iwas in a hurry.

I was at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes. I honked twice, was completely ignored. I walked in the restaurant just to be laughed at. What horrible attitude to be working in customer service.

Amazing place, made my order before I even got in the door. Remember to use coupon codes/promos, fast food is way too expensive as is and so are the menu prices, but promos are abundant at this place and might not be for much longer..
