There were 3 people working and one person was making mine and my friends order he was obviously new/struggling and he received no help my friend and I were being patient as he made our orders someone came out to the lobby and sat down on her phone and watched him struggle didn’t offer to help. we were both incorrectly charged for our orders and very disappointed with the quality of the foo as well as the customer service and atmosphere. I went to subway for conscience and ended up having to remake my food myself when I got home. As a person who used to work at a subway location myself I am extremely disappointed. After reading previous reviews it seems to me like management should be fired and the entire place should be re staffed. I would give zero starts if I could. ?

Drive up & ordered. @34th St by TSC. The flavor of ingredients 5*, Italian bread 1* "meh" not impressed.I think the roll is smaller. Bread is tougher -- especially when warmed for chicken teriyaki then cools off.So tough it was hard to bite off and chew.? is the ingredient that makes the sandwich a meh-1* or 4* good or A +1--5* great. I've had a better experience whereI usually go to 19th AvN. in my home area.The bread made this Subway experience a 1* meh experience. Maybe it was warmed at too high of a temperature or too fast?I hope when I try again, NOT to have tough bread. Would be nice to have the little bit larger subway roll but with higher cost of everything I guess that's 1 way to trim overhead.However, If this experience were to be the norm I honestly feel Subway WOULDN'T be my choice for a hot Sub .....Subway would have lost my business.That is costly as well.Service would be a 5* but I asked the sandwich crafter to cut in 3rds but he cut in 4ths. He did apologize and offer to make another. I declined thanking him, since Iwas in a hurry.

Ordered Subway through Doordash. Sandwichs arrived with no meat on them. Drinks chips and cookies were forgotten. Called them and said they will refund us. My fiance and me were very unhappy. However when they get it right food is awesome.

I was at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes. I honked twice, was completely ignored. I walked in the restaurant just to be laughed at. What horrible attitude to be working in customer service.

Amazing place, made my order before I even got in the door. Remember to use coupon codes/promos, fast food is way too expensive as is and so are the menu prices, but promos are abundant at this place and might not be for much longer..

Went to this location (by myself) after working a hockey tournament last Friday, Aug 18. Business hours say it's open until 10p but it should say 930p so the employees are gone by 10p. I arrived at 938p in the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for about 3 mins before pulling up to the drive thru window. Nobody in sight despite all the lights on in the restaurant, menu board and two cars parked in the lot. Had to resort to a pre-made grocery store sandwich. NOT good customer service at all.

They very rude to my sister and I. I was waiting in line and she took the glove off and then she turn around ask are you gotta order and I said yea the guy get my food out and he about to in the bag and told him can I get more onins and cucumbers and mayo and he gave me little bit and I told him more so he did and my sister ask them I'm gotta get mine also she got a flat bread ok SO WE ARNT COMING BACK ALL someone needs to teach them how to do people skills someone needs to shut this one down

I've always loved SUBWAY sandwiches , because you get the sliced meat, cheese, vegetables and they even serve it heated. Highly recommended by me.Parking: I've never had a parking issue at Subway, and some people use the drive thru

The workers didn’t even know how to make the sandwiches on the menu you’d think they would be trained enough to know that I had to coach a staff on all the ingredients they. I ordered a Philly cheese steak and it was mainly peppers and onions, forgot chips,cookie, and drink

I was treated extremely poorly at this subway, 903 main ave Moorhead, MN. The employees were beyond rude.I was asked if I wanted standard toppings on my sandwich and I replied "yes". I said nothing more and was very polite. Immediately after saying yes the two employees began mocking my hearing disability and told me they didn't have to serve me. They continued to mock and ridicule me until I left the store.Repeated attempts to contact management have gone unanswered.I don't feel there is any place for this kind of behavior in today's world and I ask everyone to avoid this and all other fowler owned subway locations.
