Man all I asked for was no creamy jalapeño sauce, and I swear all I got was creamy jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla. This place stinks I wouldn’t doubt it if they couldn’t pass health inspection. Don’t go here.

I was just at the drive-thru, and it was incredibly busy, so it took a while to get through. When I reached the window to pay, the manager walked around the corner and, in a very rude and condescending manner, yelled at the young man working the window, saying, "Do not take any more orders until you figure that out." The young man was incredibly polite and apologized, saying, "I'm really sorry about that." There was absolutely no reason for him to apologize to me, as he did nothing wrong. However, that manager really needs some leadership training. It's no wonder there's a staffing shortage—who would want to be treated that way in front of others?

This is the most unprofessional tacobell in the area they are rude and have horrible customer service and it’s always the night shift I will never be coming back to this store ever again don’t get food here at nights you will be greeted with shitty service and shity food

Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for an online order. This is the worst Taco Bell in the area, do not order from here.

1st, they did a terrible job at putting it in a bag, 2nd, my food wasn't all the way cooked and some of my food was missing and i ordered a baja blast and there was no syrup at all, 3rd, terrible service i dont recommend going here at all ive never had to wait this long in a drive thru in my life never coming here again,

I went through the drive thru on Monday around 9pm, and had the worst experience ever. They were mocking me and talking to me as if I was stupid. Pulled forward to ask what their problem was they start yelling weird comments about being minors and calling the cops. Not to mention they were making comments about my weight. Asked to talk to a manager who was also no help and made rude comments about my weight, while exchanging words back in forth. When I reported it to the GM, I felt as if he could care less because wasn't the first time he's had a similar complaint. Will not be going back.

Potato Overlord

I had to go in to the building and physically order. Even though I had already ordered online almost 45 mins earlier. They either, never made my food because my Dasher called, and said someone else picked up my order. They were my only assigned Dasher. Or they let a complete random person take my food.

Do not, order from this Taco Bell online. Me and my girlfriend tried 4 separate times over 3 separate days. They absolutely just ignore online orders at this location. Please, fix your business practices.
