Food was wrong, customer service was terrible everytime I’ve gone. “Assistant general manager” thinks he’s something special, tomatoes frozen, food unwrapped, and black dude with dreads who took our order was about as friendly as a brick wall. What a joke.

Very upset. Ordered nacho fries but there was no nacho and no sauce—simply flaccid fries. Awesome. Extremely mid soft shell taco and the Baja machine actually is booty. One star for making my cheesy Gordita crunch extra saucy.

Man all I asked for was no creamy jalapeño sauce, and I swear all I got was creamy jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla. This place stinks I wouldn’t doubt it if they couldn’t pass health inspection. Don’t go here.

I was just at the drive-thru, and it was incredibly busy, so it took a while to get through. When I reached the window to pay, the manager walked around the corner and, in a very rude and condescending manner, yelled at the young man working the window, saying, "Do not take any more orders until you figure that out." The young man was incredibly polite and apologized, saying, "I'm really sorry about that." There was absolutely no reason for him to apologize to me, as he did nothing wrong. However, that manager really needs some leadership training. It's no wonder there's a staffing shortage—who would want to be treated that way in front of others?

This is the most unprofessional tacobell in the area they are rude and have horrible customer service and it’s always the night shift I will never be coming back to this store ever again don’t get food here at nights you will be greeted with shitty service and shity food

Drive through was backed up for over an hour only one car went through

Got stuck in the drive through for about an hour. Has a mobile order but couldn’t go inside to pick it up either. Line got backed up and up to 10 people left while waiting and I still didn’t get my order
