We had about twenty people stop in while on a motorcycle ride. All the staff did a great job to get all of our orders

Manager lacks common sense

We got ice cream from there and I got a small and it did not look like a small at all. It looked like the miniature ones that like babies could get. In the price, I think it’s a rip off and it’s way too high for three ice creams

I can honestly this is the longest I have ever waited in a drive thru line. 2 chicken strip baskets. That’s it and it took well over 30 minutes. While they delivered food to customers behind me? I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here

I'd give a zero if that was an option. I'm literally waiting for the police to come meet me here, because they took my payment on their website and now they will not give me the food I paid for! They know the website doesn't work yet have done nothing to fix the problem. A bunch of teenagers running the place right now. Ridiculous! The owner is apparently a con artist who knowingly scams his customers. I'm just passing through this town, thank goodness. Avoid this place like the plague. I'm reporting them to the BBB while I wait for the police, who have much better things to do with their time! Service in big cities is not like this!!!

Went to the drive thru and was greeted by a lady, according to receipt, Jessica Grimm. I had a fish combo meal with onion rings. When she handed me my meal, she closed the window right away. I was not given any sauce for the rings and when asked for it, she gave me a disgusting look and told me that she will have to charge me for it. On my beverage, I asked for light ice due to my teeth being sensitive and she gave me a full cup of ice... Also, my fish sandwich did not even come with lettuce, like the menu picture. The customer service was poor, the food accuracy was bad, not to mention I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. I wasted $20 for poor service... never again!

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the girl to count here register drawer. I think I could have done in in 2 minutes. You would think the owner could have a better system.

I would just like to say my family and I frequent this place a lot and every time we come in and Michele is working. It’s so great. She’s always so happy and inviting excellent customer service. Always makes it a better day when we get to come in and see her Dairy Queen is very lucky to have her as an employee

Very hit or miss on the temperature of the food. Staff got irritated with me after I refused my blizzard as it was melted and dripping when flipped over. A large majority of the staff is rude and are constantly on their phones.

Almost every time I come to dairy queen (usually 30-20mins) before closing time they tell us they are done serving food!!! Just because you close in 20 minutes doesn’t mean you deny your customers when they want to order food, It’s your job!!!!!! Laziness. Slowest dairy queen ever and the food looks pathetic too. Maybe you should put online that you are done doing food early At Least!
