“I have dined here for 40 years and the food and service does not dissapoint!! I usually dine every Tuesday but decided to come with family to the Easter Buffet. Anyone who knows me knows that I hate Buffet's, but not this one! FRESH small soup and salad bar, excellent items on the hot buffet all HOT and not overcooked and of great quality. Excellent service. I love local places like this. Owners are a gem to talk with. Please consider ROUTE 61 for your next visit to Moose Lake”

“Haven't had any issues with this particular subway. The only negative thing I would say is sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait when it's super busy. Food and atmosphere are as to be expected.”

“Visited this location almost a week ago with my son and got two value meals at the register with a wonderful woman that was willing to look through the happy meal toys for me upon request because I have been on a mission to collect all of the latest ones as a hello Kitty fan. She let us know that it would be a little bit of time because the fries had just dropped so there was about a 10 minute wait and it was well worth it because those were the hottest freshest fries I have ever had at McDonald’s! My son got the new chicken strips and let me know that while they tasted really good they were not very crispy and my quarter pounder was lukewarm when I started to eat it, but it was probably because I dove into the fries so fast that I forgot I had more food until the fries were gone ha ha! Otherwise the restaurant is very clean and well kept, and we will be back!”

“My past review noted long wait times for food and being stuck in the drive through for 10-20 minutes at times. Things are a lot better now so updating my review to reflect that. Also I'd like to note the staff are very polite.”

“We just ate here Sunday, November 5th, 2023. We stopped in on our way back from Split Rock to the Twin Cities. Every year we have a dilemma of where to eat and just happened to take the Willow River exit. We found this little gem of a restaurant in the back of the gas station out front. We had the patty melt with coffee. Our waitress was attentive and kind. The price was incredible! It was under $14 for 2 patty melts and 2 coffees. We will definitely stop here next year!”

“My husband and I ate out at SL Pizza Pub last night. I love the pizza and the hubby, the wings. It was slow at first and then bam! people everywhere. What we were both so impressed by is the service - it was FAST and outstanding. My husband just had to think about finishing his beer and it the staff was there to get another. The food was terrific (as always) and the staff efficient and friendly on a very busy Friday night...on top of this, they were short staffed and did not miss a beat. Well done and highly recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing! I had the BLT and my husband had the Oink-Moo sandwich—both were outstanding. I wish I would’ve taken a picture, but they were so good we couldn’t stop eating! You’d think a BLT is just a BLT, but this one was completely different in the best way—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Everything was so delicious and thoughtfully made.
