Our family loves DQ. Tonight, this DQ fell very short. The wait was really long. Now maybe they were short staffed, I can’t say for sure since we took the drive through, but it took quite a long time. When we got our food, the first thing I noticed was the ice cream was melted, like it had been sitting there for about 5-10 minutes. I've been tp this location many times and have waited to review it , I have to only give it a 3 star, their food has always been hot and good, the I've cream I have gotten there is almost always a mess or melted or both. The staff are sometimes very friendly, and other times very unfriendly. I will probably stop again but only as a last choice .

To be honest it was probably the worse burger I have ever had. They were busy, but that's not a good excuse. I was paying a premium for sub par food. I will definitely rethink my dining options next time I am in moose lake.
