We have stopped here multiple times. First time we have had such bad service! 3 waitresses working, no one else in restaurant. We felt we were invisible. Very dissatisfied. (: 😮‍💨

Moose Lake is a small 3000 population town with a fantastic restaurant. The Lazy Moose Grill has a wide selection of home-cooking comfort foods. Like Ruebens? They make a great one. I travel through Moose Lake 2 or 3 times a year. I always stop here to eat.

I loved the Lazy Moose. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Love the Kalevala!

4.5 stars feels about right. Best option in the area. I have been here before, so even though everything was fantastic today,, it hasn't always been, but solid every time. Excellent fast service today. The eggs were perfect. Staff today rocked it. Thank you!

Stopped in for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon on our way out from camping. Had 2 burgers, fries, and pie. Pie was excellent. Burgers and fries were very salty. Next time I'd chose a salad or soup to offset salty. Pickles were good. Service was just minimum. Optional Service fee was not appreciated. Just charge what is needed to cover expenses. Made checkout confusing to customers. We heard hostess explain this multiple times at register.
Yes we'd return but not order fries. Or ask for less salt.

Soup was good. Very expensive menu, hence two bowls of soup.
