If you want a home cooked meal that will most definitely fill you up like being at grandma's then this is the place to go. Staff was very friendly and it had to be the most patriotic restaurant I have been in ever!!! Makes veterans feel very welcomed!!!

While in Moose lake today, Tam and I decided to grab a quick lunch at this hole in the wall looking place called Red Neck Meats BBQ.Turn out, it wasn’t that quick and the only thing BBQ they have on the weekday menu is pulled pork sandwiches (among other things) but the staff are more than make it up with super friendly smiles and the portions were generous; as in seriously huge!I used to be pretty well traveled so I will say this with all the seriousness of the occasion: the Kansas City style pulled pork I had here was one of the best I’ve ever had.. top 3 for sure and what a pleasant surprise to have such a treat in the least unlikely places.Needless to say, I am looking forward to coming back on the weekend for the more classical stuff because now, I have to know!I’d come back just for the deep fried pickles.. done right.Highly recommended this little restaurant if you are into BBQ.

Great pulled pork BBQ sandwich and very generous portions. Great staff. Spend $ here! Homemade fries too!

It took a long time to get our food. No air conditioning. Very uncomfortable temperature wise. The food was good.

I just had the Hot Turkey sandwich to go. Real mashed potatoes, lots of tender turkey and flavorful gravy. It was delicious. I ordered the whole order and have enough left for lunch tomorrow. Good food.

The service was odd but friendly. Odd that one person seemed to be doing everything while the others seemed to be whiling the time away. When I finally got to speak to someone, Alexandria(?) was friendly and cheerful, albeit somewhat harried by her multiple orders. The food came quickly but alas was just ok. I got the Lance, which seemed to be one of their specialty items. It's a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and whiskey barbecue sauce sandwiched in a brioche bun. I also got the fries basket which was a mistake. First the sandwich: the pulled pork is topped with a good amount of coleslaw and barbecue sauce. This made the sandwich edible because the pork was dry and overcooked and somewhat mealy. Not the usual luscious mouth feel you associate with pulled pork. The fries, appear to be home cut, for Friday and oil that was not properly temped. This meant that they came out limp and very oily. On top of that, they weren't seasoned, that I could tell. There is outside seating available in the parking lot in a roped off area which was pleasant in the sun on a cool fall day but would likely be sweltering in the summer. There is also dining inside but no one is masked. All in all, kinda of a meh lunch but now I know, rednecks don't bbq, at least not in Minnesota ?

Best brisket I've ever had. You have to go down south to get brisket that good.

By far the best ribs and pulled pork I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. Thank you BBQ masters!

Great place! Good service and excellent food! Homemade style slaw, hand-cut fries and melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork! Highly recommend!

We were a party of three. Loved the Server. So friendly. Our food was great! My only suggestion is that you change your french fries. They were very greasy. Not crunchy. Other than that, no complaints. We'll be back!!

Brought my grandkids in for a late lunch. The good: waitress was excellent. Very efficient, and had fun joking with the kids. Ordered a basket of fries for one granddaughter and me, plus a mini order for my grandson. They were excellent, and the orders were HUGE. We must have brought 2 lbs home. The other granddaughter ordered mash potatoes and gravy, and she loved this. I very much liked their sign that all of their staff have been vaccinated. The bad. The kid's burgers were overdone, although they didn't complain. I ordered the Lance, and have rarely been this disappointed. I assumed pulled pork would be smoked, but this certainly didn't taste smoked. In fact, it was pretty tasteless. I asked for more soda so I could wash it down. It was a huge sandwich, and I brought well over half home, but I'm not sure what I'll do with it. Maybe if I smother it in enough BBQ sauce I will be able to eat it.I'm sorry to leave this rare negative comment, but I expected a place that has meats and BBQ in its name would be able to provide something as good as I can cook. For a $64 meal for 4, I could have done better.

Went there last night for the first time last night . Servers were super nice and friendly. The food not so good. 4 people in our party, one got a burger that was burnt, one got chicken sandwich that was over fried and dried out, 2 got the pulled pork, which was dry, and looked like it was made a few days ago. The fries were stale. Disappointed to say the least.

I finally had to walk out. Sign says please be patient due to staff shortage. I support that. But after 20 minutes I hadn't been greeted by a waitress standing 7 feet away.Lady behind the cash register was also struggling to take payment. A line formed here as well.I wish them well, but this restaurant needs better Organizing.

The Lance was absolutely phenomenal! The Dilly Coins (fried pickles) were the perfect appetizer. Great service too! Jessica was an excellent waitress and extremely personable. Will absolutely be back!
